Its a user friendly tool everyone should use it.
What do you like best about the product?
Its so easy to use, I never had used it before but user interface is so easy to understand I was able to create my first topology without any formal training.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I disliked everything is so smooth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid is helpuful in creating network diagrams, we can find the template and icons for routers switches and firewalls aslo we can inport/export in viso or any other required format.

Sharing and collaborating is exteremely easy, great export options, easy to adapt coming from other charting software.

So far I have not found anything that Lucid is lacking in, but have only been engaged for a few weeks.

Being able to dynamically collaborate on a document during a call is great, it helps speed up document creation and revisions.

What do you like best about the product?
As a QA Auditor in my company, I have used Lucid Charts to map out our processes as we were starting a new process. We took the Chart and made it into a way we could understand and map out the way our day would go.
Lately, we have been working on process steps for different processes within our organization. The Lucid Chart has helped us create flow charts for technical writing, and brainstorm ideas in a chart like manner so we can see it laid out.
We have been able to utilize the swim lanes, too. I love being able to see multiple charts at once.
It is very easy for us to use and implemente in our daily process. I have really enjoyed using Lucid Charts. We use it almost daily in our line of work now.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can think of is the size of it at times. It works better on a bigger monitor so you can see it laid out more.
If multiple people are using it, you can see their arrows moving across the lucidchart. There is way to turn it off, but at the beginning of it you can see all the users updating.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite in creating flow charts and organizing our thought process for creating new technical process documents for our organization. It has really helped us visualize it and get our process docs ready to go so that it can benefit our department in having tecnical process documents to fulfill their jobs.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has become my go-to product for collaboration & diagramming. As a software developer, we need to make multiple sequential, class diagrams. Many-a-times we need to mind-map the HLD and LLD for systems and it becomes the perfect tool to ideate & implement ideas.

Lucidchart has the best and most in depth design tools. For handling typography, Lucid makes it convenient to control the formatting with sensitivity and you can also embed your own typefaces.
Easy to export into different formats and sizes.
Love the layers functionality.

There are some limitations and difficulty with handing the extension arrows off the shapes.
It's not smooth to add multiple arrows point to a shape as you can only snap to the center of a side of a shape.
There should be a more defined way to add comments or describe systems as a distinct and different type of element.
There should be different functioning tools to address the layout or foundation layer. For example, a line tool that doesn't magnetically get drawn to shapes. In the toolbar, there should be more clear distinction visually as to what different types of clashes do and how they behave.

Helping me to get writers/non designers to have new ways of presenting their ideas and thinking visually l. It's an easy enough tool for them to pick up quickly.
