It's fairly intuitive and easy to jump into. Use it mostly for workflow and charting functionality and works really well for that.

Difference between LucidChart and Spark aren't readily apparent for someone who is collaborating-trying to dive in and hit the ground running.

Helpful for creating polished resources or documentation for business cases

My beginner project management, business analyst team members struggle with knowing formats and content to use.

Creating processes that can be changed easily in real time with a group. This makes our team colloboration much more valuable/productive.

Flowcharting processes and workflows
Easy to Use, Have everything that required
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use. We can have any template that want. I use to create everything from network diagram to venn diagram. Template is really good to have. Great keyboard shortcuts to work faster. You can export in myltiple formats as well. Easy slack integrations and share options. I use it very freuently and the support is fast as well. It is easy to implement, share, collab as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it load a bit slow when we first open a blank sheets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can create project plan, mind map and share them with clients and management which makes it easier for them to understand.

Lucid chart is very clean and user friendly, it has variety of shapes and symbols that are very impressive and good to use. I would whole heartedly reccomend anyone to use Lucid chart for the best features that it has.

Nothing in particular. I love all the features.

It helps me make quick flow diagrams and organisation charts that easy to explain to my stakeholders.
Great tool for building flowcharts
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Chart is an amazing tool get a visual respresentation of any flowcharts, programs. The UI is very user friendly and does not require a lot of training to get familiar with the tool. The abilitiy to export the chart in different forms like excel, pdf is another great functionality of Lucid Chart.

Not being able to zoom in properly somestimes.

Being able to do documentation and explain a complex process through a lucid chart flow.

The suite makes it easy to share files and charts with my collegues and makes it very intuitive and easy to use, and i use it very very frequently for all intents and purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
For a first time user, the learning curve is slightly high, which could be resolved by giving practice tutorials for the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me create and view whiteboard charts with ease and also helps my organization on a daily basis.

So far, best feature was porting boards from Miro, had hesitations at first but objects were ported correctly.
