Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is a must have for our team
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is a must have for our team, which gives us the ability to collaborate in real-time and simplifies our daily workflows. I really enjoy the library of templates that make it easy to get started and it produces eye catching results. The ability to improt/export files to other formats has been a huge help as we were using multiple workflow products previously. Lucid has become our go to platform fo diagramming, mind mapping, brainstorming, and white boarding. It is extremely easy to use and we use it on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I can say about what I dislike with the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. Its easy to use, but did take a bit to learn the differences since we used several other workflow and diagraming tools to collaborate before. Once we were up an running with it, the benefits are noticible.

It's a bit difficult to copy extra columns or lines, while keeping the same distance from the other columns, but this might be due to me being a begginer user.

Saved me hundreds of hours and contracting to have this work done
What do you like best about the product?
First, I am pretty new to the Lucid suite, but just the basic flowcharting and the ease with which I can update, change, and display have allowed me to conduct research and interviews in a more effective way. For example, when I projected the flow chart on the big screen, the participants were in awe of its clear, clean, and well-organized displays. Especially when they are used to PowerPoint charts and graphs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not been able to send invites to others to collaborate on a chart without the military domain blocking the invite. It is not your fault, but I do wish Lucid had the Authority to Operate on DoD systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am pleased to mention that using a whiteboard tool has made my work much easier and efficient. I no longer need to create flowcharts from scratch in PowerPoint, which has saved me approximately 100 hours of work on my current project alone. Additionally, the whiteboard's appearance has added credibility to my work, leading to an increase in buy-in from project participants. As a beginner in using this tool, I find it very easy to use. I can simply click, drag, drop, and adjust all the shapes and lines with ease, without having to go through the tedious task of adjusting each object individually in PowerPoint.
More intuitive than Viso
What do you like best about the product?
There is less of an initial learning curve when working with Lucid. It is intuitive and much easier to use than others like it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had some issues importing certain file types. But I usually just print them as a ODF and work it from there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not being tired to a specific device. Ease of sharing and allowing people to collaborate.
