Moving beyond powerpoints and Visio drawings
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid visual collaboration gives us the tools needed to facilitate so much more than whiteboarding. It allows you to bring live data from systems like Jira and visualize it so that many people can quickly assimilate and work with the information in concurrent and hybrid environments.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve for most users to get familiar with the interface and thinking visually. Once this is overcome the tool is powerful and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid is allowing us to visualize information from brainstorming to Agile ceremonies and whatever our teams can dream up. It provides an open canvas that can be used to help facilitate meetings, identify problems, draw workflows and so many other uses. It has provided a better way to overcome the difficulties presented with hybrid work teams and it goes way beyond typical PowerPoints and Visio drawings.

The need of visual representations when talking about complex strategies, workflows, and/or activities' mappings.
Worst billing system ever for Client
What do you like best about the product?
I like your the product, I am a fan but the billing system killed my positive attitude
What do you dislike about the product?
I am very disappointed with your billing system.
1- I can't downgrade from enterprise to usual subscription by myself. I have to interrupt my important work, spend time to communicate with your tech support and enterprise managers
2- After all the struggles with the enterprise manager I see that we have annual billing but I don't need that and what I see? I can switch to the monthly payment in 1 year November 2024, what? We have different number of users every month and I don't need fixed number of licenses
3- Each time I want to send a request to support I am blocked by questions in the application: data of the last payment, the sum of payment, number of the credit card
All this looks like you don't want to make UX easy for the Client everything is built just to take more money and make it complicated to reduce expenses on your product

What do you like best about the product?
When I first activated my Lucid membership, I received weekly customer support messages to guide my learning and answer any task-relevant questions. My favorite thing about Lucid is how easy it is to add consistent elements to build your flow chart. I had tried doing this in PPT for years and always get frustrated by the constant need to format. Lucid includes a shareable code and link I'm able to share with my non-licensed team members to still collaborate and provide comments on a chart.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only challenge I've had is occasional on-screen navigations with scrolling or zooming on my mousepad. With an external mouse, it works just fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we launch a new go-to-market solution, Lucid helped solve the need for an easy-to-follow visual process flow across 4 intersecting departments and multiple critical passes.

Lucidchart can be used for a wide range of visual tasks, from flowcharts and mind maps to network diagrams and wireframes. This versatility makes it a valuable tool for various industries and roles.
Great templates and shape libraries. My team really appreciates the extensive collection of templates and shape libraries that help speed up the diagram creation process and ensure professional-looking results. Furthermore, it can integrate with various other popular productivity and collaboration tools, such as G Suite, Microsoft Office, Confluence, Jira, and Slack, making it easier to incorporate visual content into your existing workflow. Being a web-based tool, it allows us to access their diagrams and work from anywhere with an internet connection. This can be especially valuable for remote teams or individuals who need flexibility in where they work.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to create all visual scenarios onto the screen with ability to update any aspects very efficiently. It is very easy to implement and integrate with other documentations for our project building life cycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to have further options aroudn the diagram models available.

Ability to collaborate with multiple team members on the same document. And able to have real time updates and updates are being made by multiple people.

I enjoy using Lucidchart to build engineering-related architectural diagrams. It is easy to use and easy to share.

Nothing comes to mind. Lucid does things very well.

As an engineer, we often need to present architectural diagrams. Lucidchart is there to support that.

There should be a native Application for the mac user for smooth usage and not relying on the internet connection to make any changes.
