Effective, and as simple or complex as you need
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to pick up, which is especially useful for new members of the organisation, who are the ones that need it the most in order to learn processes and whatnot. It integrates well with our current systems, but honestly works perfectly standalone, too.
I have only needed limited support, but when I did they were quick to get back to me.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a less clunky search feature within the charts, and create your own shortcuts as a creator instead of the user needing to use ctrl+shift+click to follow a hyperlink.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing all our compliance and process documents to be in a centralised place for people to be able to easily understand the flow charts on how we do things, and our requirements.
P&ID is easy from the get go
What do you like best about the product?
I mainly like the P&ID feature because that my domain lies with, and to feel familiar with the navigation instantaneously is a plus to me. Less hassle to drawing, get extra symbol and editing is easy
What do you dislike about the product?
I found that the selection rather quite limited, I would propose the symbol to be more broad at least cover the most symbol in petrochemical or oil and gas standard
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Updating changes in the plant require an update periodically and since the file as store in the website it is almost difficult for me to lose it. I can always come back to visit them when I need.
Excellent Visualization Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Chart has been an invaluable tool for our organization. We have used it extensively to help plot and plan the growth of our organization through the org chart tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Much of our org chart structure is setup to be able to be copy/pasted with growth. Think bolt-on units to accommodate increased revenue. This functionality, copy and pasting entire divisions of our org chart, seems to be lacking up to this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite provides an easy to use, scalable tool for planning and visualizing the growth of our organization from a staffing standpoint.
Powerful diagraming software, but low on key features found free elsewhere
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid is great for providing a massive canvas for your design needs. It's helpful when trying to identify the relationship between different entities and detailing the flow of information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unless you're prepared to pay for expensive licenses for each user, functionality is incredibly limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With many different data systems, we have to understand the flow of data from one source of truth to many systems that update in real-time.
Mostly favorable.
What do you like best about the product?
The presentation and output are very good. When others see the output they are impressed. It is easy to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the specifics on how to accomplish tasks are not possible to find. Customer service can't really help. You're on your own to figures stuff out that doesn't have info on already. It isn't easy to get the results you want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a far better tool than Microsofts offerings for org charts, process diagrams, and workflows.
Helpful tool
What do you like best about the product?
Enable chart collaboration in a efficient manner
What do you dislike about the product?
User control sometimes is not very natural and takes time to figure out
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborate with colleage on chart and digaram drawing
trying to make it work after dropping Miro
What do you like best about the product?
The app works pretty well, and i'm intereted in using the Jira integration if we can figure it out. We seem to be able to import things reasonably well.
What do you dislike about the product?
We really really struggle to be productinve in the phone app, and there is no mac app, which is a big downside. For that reason my team tends to strongly prefer FigJam.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Lucid as a collaboration canvas for teams that are not co-located. It gives us a common frame to collaborate in real time whe we aren't together.
Just moved from Miro seems easy
What do you like best about the product?
Everything seems pretty easy to use so far being a very big user of miro
What do you dislike about the product?
I am worried about the migration of all my miro boards to lucid and have heard things do not copy accross
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a product manager so I make use of all of the above features of it
Lucid delivers when needed in quick project demands
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid provides not just pointers but easy to use visual diagrams that helps my work as a Project Manager building quick process flows like architecture diagrams for the cross functional teams. This saves time and accomplishes the need of accurate information being transposed to business teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think not all features are free! And sometimes there are more number of features than required. I guess less is more here but again for my work high level detail is sufficient but if more detailed workflare required it might require those additional features of catalogs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work as a liaison between business and technical teams so Lucid comes extremely handy to translate high level business requirements into more intricate and specific details required for development builds and implementation.
The easy to understand flow of requirements is the main highlight and ability to takj through them is jey for the stakeholders to understand the details of the project.

It looks good when presenting to other.
What do you like best about the product?
Helps me visualize and orgnize what need to do. I alway go back to it and add more when planning my work so it makes what i need to do a lot more organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
at first it seemed overwhelming and hard to navigate to. there were so many shapes and and different templates i got confused on how to add shapes. clear instructions in the begging would be nice users can have a skip button on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed to plan out a data flow for one of the data piplines i was bulding.
