Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I have mainly had expeirence using other vendors for the task of creating diagrams and such. My experience with Lucid has been amazing, the transition from using other vendors to Lucid was seemless it is very easy to use and intuitive, it also has many great templates to use and its very easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I havent had a bad experience using lucid.

It helps with understanidng the physical and logical connectivity of our network.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be grate to have video tutorials
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using it to build our org chart and help people understandt how our structure works. Also, it keeps a database of the person and his/her trainings.
When I change something it changes for all and I don't need to send the file again and again.
Because we work mostly from our homes it allows us to have a work space and brainstorm ideas.

Great tool
What do you like best about the product?
The visuals are the strongest I've ever used. I like how there's great framework but you can build custom imagery.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's really challenging with a mouse. The zoom in and out without a trackpad isn't user friendly.

Lucid allows multiple people to contribute at once, allowing for fast virtual collaboration.
Great place to collaborate on visuals, charts, or any other type of documents
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to start a new document, share it with colleagues and enjoy collaborative efforts on it. In my team we are using it on a daily basis because of its multiple features and possibilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if there was a possibility to define a team of people, add certain people in it and share with the team rather than with the individual.

It is aligned to the most used architectural notations, also there's a possibility to define reusable custom objects that can be easily drag-and-dropped to the board

Love this simple and versatile tool. Easy to use and collaborate!

Nothing substantial that I can think of aside from tables functionality.

Lucid serves as a visualization tool aloowing to effectively communicate complex process flow and system strructure content.
Definitly more user friendly and productive than visio
What do you like best about the product?
It is so much easier to draw anything in Lucidchart compared to visio. The connectors are smart and shapres are always aligned perfectly to what I imagined. The diagrams are lightweight, faster to open compared to Visio, and easy to copy into other formats (PDF/Word/Gdoc and etc.) I've replaced Visio with LucidChart for all new projects and only rely on visio for existing visio documents. In term of support, don't know - it is so easy to use and I've never had to call up the support so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd say the only downside is importing/exporting diagrams is still a bit weaker than I'd expected. The lines, the alignments are somewhat weird in some diagrams. There are still a lot of Visio users out there and I'd have to rely on import/export to work with these users.

Tens of templates available to assist you selecting the best charts , also using the software is user friendly, you will learn everything in only minutes

I couldn't find any thing that I dislike regarding Lucid visual collaboration suite

Long time needed to create diagrams and charts , now I can do in only minutes with high quality.
Very useful for many usecases
What do you like best about the product?
The tool itself is very easy to use. I was able to download jpeg images easily and integrate them in my documents. I use it very regularly (probably the next most used after excalidraw).
What do you dislike about the product?
As it has a lot of features, it takes a while to learn what it has, what it can do etc. If there is a quicker way maybe a consultant that we can contact anytime, that will save me a lot of time. Maybe if there are shortcuts to common shapes, I would love that as well.
