Great service and user friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the visual layout for Lucid. It was really nice to view and present it to my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love additional training sessions for Lucid to understand more feautures that I can use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It did a great job at creating a mind map for me and my team that we can follow along for our day to day tasks
Great Software. Highly Recommended
What do you like best about the product?
I was given a task to create a work flowchart in Lucid and all the symbols were already available in the Lucid. Some of the features were available as a package to download so I made use of them too. Lucid visual collaboration suite is much better than the software than the ones I used in the past. I am never using any other software going forward other than Lucid. I would recommend it to my friends and colleagues. The integration and implementation is very much easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was nothing dislike about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. It is very user friendly and newcomer like me had a easy time navigating through the Lucid so I would say there is nothing to dislike about this software. The customer support is also top notch and you can always rely on them for any issues or problem support
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping in creating work flowcharts and diagramming. It is very easy to use for any newcomer like me and wont have any problem using the software.
Easy to use and visually appealing
What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility, different visual options, and ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any downsides, it works for my needs just fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualization of functionality and screens
Intuitive design that helps team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
There is no real need to train new team members on how to use it - if they have used excel or created process maps in the past it's extremely straight forward.
There is a huge amount of templates to draw from which have helped us figure out additional ways to use Lucid which weren't our original use case.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was the ability to hide pages/tabs that are in progress/archived. We overcome this by making it clear in the title, but it would be great to have more visibility control
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main need was an easy and consistent way to create process maps. In the past, we were between a number of tools (visio, excel, miro, etc) which created an inconsistency in design and required for people to be familiar with multiple different platforms. Migrating the full team to Lucid has resolved this.
Best tool for creating diagrams and charts
What do you like best about the product?
I like "Visual Communication" as best here. I was able to create all type of charts and diagrams, whatever I needed in visual ways. This feature is best to be considered.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is primarily cloud-based, which means that users need an internet connection to access their documents and collaborate in real-time. Offline access may be limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All designs related problems were solved using Lucid. Even I worked in team, so we all were able to work on a single design and able to visualize it.
Great tool for understanding process flow for new hires.
What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to quickly drop into a flow chart and distinguish what is being displayed. On the same note, it is very user friendly and with minimal assistance, I was able to build my own flow chart and distribute it amongst my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like there are not a ton of customizable features within the design page and can be somewhat cumbersome to add design features or some tertiary modules that could be available, but I was not able to locate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is helping teach me the organizational flow and providing a reference in case any questions come up and the anwser is not at the top of my mind. This is saving me in a couple of ways: 1) Reducing decision fatigue, if I have question of who to engage or what my next step is, I can easily pull up the flow chart and refernce the data and 2) Having an easy to read chart shortens any response time or time to complete the sales cycle, which allows me to get more done in less time.
Great experience overall with easy to build flowcharts
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Lucid is the ease of use. I did not feel like any training was required to start building flowcharts and workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I disliked was it was not easy to convert the flowcharts to other software like Visio. Some of the elements were misplaced and I had bring them back into correct position.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brainstorming with a team and getting ideas from everyone and then putting them on a diagram
Great experience as a collaborator
What do you like best about the product?
It was really a helpful tool for our project manager to layout the full process for each section of our program. Understanding it visual helped the entire X-F group understand each workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did have a few issues getting into the shared link, it would say page not found and I would have to then find it once on the site. Being able to use the direct link would be much better of an experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding detailed and intracite workflows.
Lucid came a long way since 10/2019, but it's missing crucial integrations/curated self-help content
What do you like best about the product?
Interface, ease of use, some of the integrations, speed of development for new features. Easy to administer users and licenses compared to the nightmare that is Miro. I have advanced expertise in both tools, so I'm writing this based on my experience with each compared to the other.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Jira integration lacks support for custom fields that prevent 2-way synchronization between LS and Jira for instances that have custom fields that are marked required and which prevent saving/creating new work items. This has been a long-promised capability that has yet to be implemented. Miro figured it out, but it does not seem to warrant the level of priority that other features seem to have gotten over the last 3+ years.
LS lacks a table function, like what you get in Miro, which means you are unable to create a table, place content in the cells, and be able to move the table around the page along with the content that moves with it. The table should have the ability to dynamically expand to the content, and the content sticks within the cell. It should also have the ability to select whole rows/columns/cells and be able to customize color, font, and shading.
One comment from a fellow user of both tools is that the Self-Service content is miles behind Miro's Miroversity. There are so many different ways to use Miro, and explanations of how to use are sorely lacking. It helps to have well-thought-out video and text content that explains the templates, usage of the tool, and best practices.

Provides remote colleagues the ability to participate in PI Planning and be fully engaged with the content being generated throughout our meetings rather than have to peer into their screen through a camera and at stickies on the physical boards in the room.
LucidChart Makes it Easy!
What do you like best about the product?
LucidChart makes it super easy to create flow charts and other visual and interactive information representations, as well as makes it easy to invite others to collaborate on projects, even in a virtual environment by showing who is in the project and where they're working. The tools and features are almost intuitive to use and help provide a wide array of options to fit your needs, from colors, fonts, box options, line customization, and everything in between.
What do you dislike about the product?
Small learning curve when getting started, but once you're in the sky is the limit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In a contact center environment it's important to be able to have a way to quickly show paths at a glance without the need to comb through paragraphs of text to find the right information. Lucid helps us by allowing us to create interactive and visual flow-charts to help decision paths and show the most important pieces when they're needed.
