Simple, Collaborative, and User-Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for its simplicity and ease of use, as it allows me to express my ideas effortlessly. The collaborative feature is a standout element, enhancing team interaction and project development. I also found the ease of access to use the tools effectively, which makes my design tasks for architecture diagrams and user flows much more manageable. Furthermore, the initial setup was very straightforward and the tutorial provided was very helpful, which eased the onboarding process. These aspects make the platform exceptionally valuable for my design needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the customization of arrows lacking, as they currently feel very fixed, which limits the flexibility of diagram design. Additionally, the placement of the export tab feels inconvenient since it's located in a dropdown menu instead of being directly visible in the main UI, which would make exporting charts easier while creating them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for designing product architecture diagrams and user flows. It offers simplicity, ease of access, and excellent collaborative features, enabling me to express my ideas effectively.
Empowers Team Collaboration, Easy Integration Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite empowers virtual teams by giving every team member a voice. It creates an inclusive environment where everyone can express their views safely. This feature is particularly valuable because it addresses the common issue of virtual team members not speaking up during meetings, as they often keep their microphones muted and cameras off. However, using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has changed this dynamic, encouraging open communication and collaboration. I also find its initial setup straightforward and easy, which made the transition smooth for my team. Overall, it enhances team communication and collaboration in a meaningful and enjoyable way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the configuration setup with Azure DevOps not amicable within our organization. The integration between Azure DevOps and LucidSpark is not as seamless as I would like, making it difficult to utilize that feature easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to enhance team collaboration, enabling meaningful discussions and retrospectives. It empowers virtual teams to express views safely, fostering inclusive communication.
Intuitive Interface and Best-in-Class Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is intuitive and simple to learn. It's best in class for what it does and I keep coming back to it over the years. It allows me to import my contacts from Salesforce to make beautiful account maps that help me shine to my leaders when discussing account plans.
What do you dislike about the product?
The import functions have gotten better over time but I still find it hard to import certain file types the way I'd like to. There's a lot of tooltips to find what I'm looking for. They use icons instead of text labels for everything and I have to hover over new tools to learn what they are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid for account mapping my customers to better understand who reports to who within my target accounts. I've used it in both Customer Success and Sales roles to help keep track of complex, strategic accounts and to present to my leadership on how I'm growing my book of business. It helps me show the work I'm doing to know my customers and allows me to clearly visually communicate it to my leaders which has been well-received.
Great for Visualizing Ideas, but Platform Fragmentation is Frustrating

It's a good way to show an idea rather than try to explain an abstract concept.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the different platforms like spark and scale.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is very easy to use, making it accessible and enjoyable for my entire team, whether for business purposes or even for fun. The quick ability to drag and drop shapes with rapid text input enables us to work efficiently and speedily when needed. Additionally, the initial setup process was very straightforward—an easy explanation that my team liked a lot. On top of that, I enjoy using the templates provided by Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, which enhance our productivity, although I would appreciate more of these templates being rolled out. Overall, I really appreciate the easy-to-use features which provide no reason for us to consider looking elsewhere for our visual collaboration needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm always trying to find faster ways for Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to look more professional. I enjoy using the templates, but I would like to see more of those continue to roll out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to visually see decisions needed, identify undocumented exceptions, and work quickly with drag-and-drop shapes, which enhances both remote and in-person collaboration for my team.

It's an exceptional platform that is intuitive to use. Providing an extensive range of tools and templates, any idea is quickly brought to life. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite facilitates process mapping and system architecture for project teams. In fact, Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite remains a great tool to help us visualize our thoughts and process flows.

What do you like best about the product?
It is through Lucidspark, that I have been able to collaborate with my facility medical and psychiatric professionals to ensure smooth patient admissions through creation of visual representations that visualize and optimize medical performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not faced difficulties when using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite in the Hospital and Healthcare facility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Care team collaboration, patient intake process visualization and patient information management have been easy to handle with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite.
Perfect and efficient way of creating and sharing charts.
What do you like best about the product?
We use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to plot our processes and plans so that everyone involved is on the same page. Having a flowchart makes it a lot easier to understand the relationship of each of the steps and everyone's role in them. It's helpful to illustrate our thought processes to others who maybe less involved or have less knowledge about the individual steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to add an asterisk that you could click on to expand for further detail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is a solid and great tool that makes it easy to collaborate with my teammates to draw special process mapping and process flow visualization. I like how it addresses many problems like better progress mapping, visualization and sharing it with others.

What do you like best about the product?
As an Executive Team Trainer of more than a decade, I was using manual visualization prior to Lucid implementation in 2023. I like how it automatically develop strategic plans such as objective setting, SWOT analysis and action planning through Lucidchart which now offers AI initiatives.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was the one who implemented Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, both Lucidchart and Lucidspark and I never experienced challenges till now even with lots of new features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Leadership development planning - visual plans for leadership development has improved performance in my organization through Lucid.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is very flexible when choosing various diagram types and it is easy and simple to use. I like how it remembers all the shapes you were predominantly use to create diagrams for quick access. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has been super helpful in allowing us to prioritize and communicate more effectively. I love that we can collaborate asynchronously to envision a longer product roadmap which is invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Drawing using stylus pen can be improved for smoother transition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for showcasing ideas and business process flows. It is used across our whole organization to keep track of our internal processes. It is very useful for charting, remote brainstorming sessions and overall team collaboration.
