What do you like best about the product?
I like that Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite streamlines project planning and enhance team, stakeholders and sponsors communication through L.Chart & L.Spark respectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite occasionally, I never miss any feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visual maps of translation memories help reuse content and improve consistency with Lucid.
The easily editable templates and the diversity of icons make it easy to customize flowcharts
What do you like best about the product?
I found the customization options for Lucid to be endless and creating flowcharts and graphics is made seamless by the available stencil options. I like that I can upload by own icons into the system and the drag&drop makes everything easier when creating visual flowcharts of landing page interactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does have a limit of 3 live documents per free user. Increasing this number will definitely bring more people to try this fantastic platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have created multiple flowcharts such as user journeys and funnel flows to clearly visualize how web visitors move to conversion and it didn’t take long at all to do it with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite.
Resource Allocation made Easy through Mind Maps with LVCS
What do you like best about the product?
Mapping out resource allocation with L.Chart is what I like most about Lucid VCS since i identify gaps and optimize utilization.
What do you dislike about the product?
All has been well on my end as a Director of Resource Development in utilities with Lucid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualizing key goals and key initiatives via real-time collab with L.Spark.
Great for creating very neat and organized flowcharts and supports very clear PDF and SVG exports
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity and how versatile it can be for many various diagram use cases. The drag-and-drop functionality makes it easy to align all the shapes I need to build a perfect flowchart. It’s really easy tool to use if you want to work on charts, diagrams and flows, and have the ability to export them as PDFs for example, for easy sharing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not negatively affected by anything about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, in what I have used it for it has not failed me or made me feel frustrated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’ve been using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to create flowcharts, organizational charts, and technical diagrams, and overall, it’s been an essential tool for visualizing complex information.
The most robust tool to design and produce highly visually attractive diagram output
What do you like best about the product?
Very good at creating high-level flowcharts and it just has all the required shapes and lines and supports quick export which paved a way for me to present flowcharts in a more passionate, constructive, and concise way. I like the ability to import logo packs and images to support my diagramming needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t experienced any bugs or any problems using the tool it and it loads reliably when I am mapping out processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Super helpful when I am mapping out skills development processes to ensure training is delivered in logical sequence and the diagrams greatly support illustration of career progression pathways.
Creating Organizational Charts Using Lucid’s Reliable Shapes, Connectors & Text Insertion
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite offers three very reliable features that I like the most which include shapes, connectors and text which facilitates quick creation of professional diagrams. These features makes this software quite important for designing from sketch to professionally completed diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
It offers so many tools that it is sometimes challenging to decide what you really need to use. But this is not really a problem if you get used to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has been very helpful in creating organizational charts that clearly show parent companies, subsidiaries and joint ventures allowing me to communicate structure changes effectively to executives.

What do you like best about the product?
Highly versatile offering a wide range of templates and tools for flowcharts and process mapping. Lucid delivers professional-quality diagram outputs and its cloud-based sharing ensures efficient teamwork. The variety of connectors available makes it easy to connect different sections of a flowchart and the integration with other tools is really great for a seamless workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing negative I could find so far about this tool. For flowchart creation it allows me to do it quickly and consistently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used Lucid predominantly for visualizing marketing workflows and creating customer journey maps to outline every touchpoint, such as website inquiries, booking confirmations, check-ins, and feedback collection making it easier to improve our service quality.
Very convenient with all the shapes and built in templates to do Swim Lanes for new processes
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it allows for intuitive and quick creation of diagrams. It offers a wide range of options for editing shapes, colors, and icons, making the customization process seamless and flexible.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints really it is completely responsive and lets me make great diagrams for any usage fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get a very nice workspace to create organizational charts and the collaboration tools make it even easier to share those charts with the management team. I am also able to create Swim Lanes for processes and projects that are rolled out by our organization to give a good visual representation of what teams will be doing.
