Mind to Paper
What do you like best about the product?
I love the customization I can create for any given product flow I need. I am a visual person so if I can see what I'm doing, I am more productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the chart elements are a challenge to move around but with practice, I know I'll be able to get better at it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem solved is putting my ideas "on paper". If I can see it, I can make it happen. Once I have the plan on paper, I can move quickly to achieve the end game I want and need.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid is providing a means of connecting multiple departments on a single project and providing a good solution to conveying project structure and management.
Seamless experience for brainstorming ideas for my startup.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how seamless of an experience it provides to the user. The tools and the website are easy to navigate, even for those like myself who have little to no experience in using design tools. I think my favourite part is also the simple layout, despite all of the numerous features it provides to the user.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no ai agents to help execute multiple tasks at once, this would enable things to get done quicker and with less "fiddling" by the user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I signed up for Lucid when i was brainstorming for my startup and needed to add a compelling diagram to my slide deck, but other apps that i had used were not able to provide me with what i needed, however i found Lucid and it fulfilled all of my expectations. I believe it is a good product in an over-crowded market, that allows users to seamlessly navigate and create what they need.
Diagrams that are clear, understandable and easily created
What do you like best about the product?
Instructions found on YouTube were most helpful to me in using the charts needed for a project. I was tasked with creating an engineering/technical flow - something I haven't done in many years. I tried Microsoft Visio first - and found it completely incompatible with Word, PPT and excel. Implementation was greatly improved by using the Lucid products.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked the few number of symbols that could be used during the trial period. Other than that - I found the product a good fit for the assignment that I had. I attempted to make contact with the representative in order to personally purchase the product, but found this interaction to be lacking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was writing a grant to the Corporation for Public Broadcasting with dollars earmarked by FEMA for the replacement of transmitters for our EAS Early Warning system for the state. Our organization was requested to provide additional RFI and that included a flowchart (technical) of the steps that would be involved if we were awarded the grant.
Best diagramming tools ever!
What do you like best about the product?
It's very smooth and easy to use and get the job done. It's also easy to customise things. I've used other tools like Visio, and I hated my life, so I went back to this even though our company doesn't pay for it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could easily merge arrows together, as if 10 arrows are coming from one place and going to 10 places. I wish you could merge the starting of the arrow together.

Making it easy to draw diagrams.
Lucid Suite has helped me a lot in creating neat, clear, and organized diagrams and projects.
What do you like best about the product?
Once you get adjusted to the tools and accessibility of the Suite, making projects, charts, and diagrams become second nature. It's organized and to be frank, a lot easier than other CADs or software to really get something going. It's pretty much my go to every time. I use it multiple times a week.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me personally, it's counter intuitive sometimes when you're working with another program or CAD and then transferring to Lucid Suites. It took a bit of time to adjust but once I did, it was simple and easy to get something working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gives me an effective, clear, and organized way to present solutions to clients.
A whimsical adventure followed by a heartbreaking twist
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to position the elements and arrows, it makes the final result look very professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how there is a maximum number of elements you can add to a drawing.

It helped me visualize the logic flow for both the manufacturing of a product and the software of the product.
Lucid is the perfect solution for process mapping
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid is extremely user-friendly and intuitive to use! I started a new job a month ago and my team utilizes Lucid heavily, it took me little to no time to get familiar with it. It's a great solution for process mapping, diagraming and collaborating between teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to have a way for collaborators to suggest changes, especially when collaborating with teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid helps us visualize and standardize business processes by mapping out current and future states.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the number of features and the ease of integration.

It's not as user friendly as other platforms I have used, I do appreciate the customer service aspect though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite allows me to take my ideas and clearly display them for my audience to see. I mainly create process flows on Lucid, and I think it has allowed me to effectively convey the processes.
Really useful software that is used across the company
What do you like best about the product?
The charts that I have created have helped to illustrate concepts and ideas in a efficient and simple way, that would have taken a lot longer than alternative software. It was also very easy to learn how to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think customising the appearance of a chart could be made a bit easier and more intuitive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me propose a new way of reporting the journey that our products take, which I then presented to stakeholders before it was updated in our reporting
