Love using Lucid Chart, to diagram complex workflows
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is extremely easy to use. Even the way it helps align cells, to make sure the overall diagram looks nice. Also very easy to copy and paste images, to make the images more understandable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes finding the right shape can be a little difficult. That being said, it is not very often that I need to use shapes that aren't part of the default dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me take illustrative notes, and share those notes with my coworkers.
Makes it very easy to document and understand complex codebases, which are hard to document purely through words.

Graduate Student Review of Lucidspark
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the program is easy to use, has drag and drop shapes and canvas features, and most importantly the synchronous collaboration on the same document.
What do you dislike about the product?
Stands on its own apart from the rest of the productivity workflow, need to remember to check it and keep the flow charts up to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planning out processes and steps that need to be taken and the order in which they are completed. Keeping mentally organized and focused on what we have done.
Great Tool for Process Definition
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it was to build templated process diagrams to describe complex subjects.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is unclear to me why lucid chart was broken off from lucid spark.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid chart allowed my team to easily create a visual representations of complex processes.
Create unique visualisations with Lucidchart diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
I like how intuitive and easy to use Lucidchart is for creating flowcharts, decision trees and other diagrams. I was able to learn it quickly, which has saved me so much time that I now rely on it exclusively when designing or outlining different processes. In addition, its ability to visually describe a new process makes it easier to teach others - especially remotely with an early-stage startup team! Because of its effectiveness, I've recommended that my current employers adopt this amazing software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that Lucidchart does not allow users to have full ownership of the assets created. Even with a group licence, you are unable to fully work outside of the website or mobile app to edit documents. This limits the ability to collaborate, and exporting to PDF hampers usability if these files need further editing at some point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucidchart to streamline my workflow by making it easy to quickly and clearly illustrate complex ideas. This helps save time and allows the project manager to quickly get a better understanding of what I'm trying to communicate.
Powerful chart-generating tool
What do you like best about the product?
Generating my first ever chart was extremely straightforward. I'd use expensive MS Visio extensively and didn't expect to struggle, but I was impressed at the way the pieces fitted together, and how easy it was to adjust what I'd done.
What do you dislike about the product?
The grid in the background ended up being included when I copied my diagram out into PowerPoint. It wasn't obvious where I'd turn that off, although I'm sure the option would have been there somewhere if I'd searched the help files. I was in a hurry, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick representation of process data, usually in forms I can demonstrate back to the customers. Typically processes they've asked me to build in a platform or software.
Buggy, but gets the job done
What do you like best about the product?
It works within my work ecosystem so it's easy to share files with colleagues
There are templates to reference when needed
Learning the software was easy and intuitive

What do you dislike about the product?
Connecting arrows to shapes when making a diagram is overly complicated, the software will form complicated lines when shapes are slightly misaligned
The dashboard is hard to visually organize, I wish the thumbnail and title displayed the file owner. The users label on the list view is not always helpful
Experienced a bug where colleagues loosing access to a file even though they are added
the mobile app does not work as expected on mobile. Cannot edit text on shapes, making post-its only works when you batch create.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whiteboard space that all users can access. I prefer figJam but not all my colleagues have acess to it.This tool is not solving a unique biz problem to me, we are used to collabroating on digital whiteboard tools, this is just the corporate sanctioned one.

An exceptional diagramming solution
What do you like best about the product?
I have been a consistent user of Lucidchart and particularly appreciate its ease of use. I find the intuitive drag-and-drop interface incredibly convenient for designing complex diagrams, making it one of my favourite features. The ability to save charts in multiple formats (e.g. PDF or SVG) is also very useful as it allows me to share them with any other platform without compatibility issues. In addition, all versions are always synchronised across devices, making it easy for team members to collaborate from different locations at different times during the project lifecycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that collaborating in Lucidchart can be challenging at times, making it difficult to get everyone on the same page. This is particularly noticeable when trying to work with larger teams or hold virtual meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Lucidchart extremely useful as it gives me an inexpensive and easy way to create, store and share visually appealing diagrams.
Best explain through a diagram. :))
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use is definitely it's strength and unclattered UI. I particularly like that a beginner can play around with it be an expert for less than 1 hour. Integration to document processing tools such as MS Office and Google is also there.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is really more on the integration part, specifically when a flowchart is being created and when it is being integrated to MS Powerpoint. It takes a bit of time to load in my observation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mainly use Lucidchart to create process and chatbot flows as we experienced that ideas are better explained visually instead of handing out reading materials to people. The comprehension rate when flows are being shown seem to have skyrocketed and we've gotten less questions when we were presenting ideas to stakeholders.
