Overall good, a few minor nitpicks.
What do you like best about the product?
The more general whiteboarding vs Lucid chart is nice, it makes it feel a lot more open ended and like a true brainstorming session
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to have tabs is a bit inconvenient for how I think/work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It serves as a good collaborative space. Especially when there are multiple teams that are trying to be heard, having everyone able to input onto the same space at once is very useful.
The Best Choice For Project Managers, Engineers & Executives!
What do you like best about the product?
Mapping out workflows, whether appertaining to 'people' architecture, processes such as algorithms or generating specifications, is a breeze with LucidSpark. I can say with confidence that our organization benefits greatly from this tool, from Technology to Marketing departments to overall operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
We could always work on pricing when it comes to SaaS. I think registration should automatically come with Team Support of 5 (at least) other teammates permitted to be logged-in on the same shared license (with different accounts of course).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're about to release a substantially enhanced version of our Customer Experience as well as other items to improve other sides of our platform. All of these improvements have been made possible via a perfect marriage between Project Management and UML/Workflow Design via Lucidspark.
Generally feature complete whiteboarding application
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to jump right in and start diagraming out my thoughts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some weird corner cases that cause friction, such as sticky notes being hard-constrained at a certain text size. I've also noted that it can be a little rough on resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us diagram out our business problems and plan out our technical solutions. It is helpful when it comes to communicating our though processes.
Easy to use and convenient!

Easy to use and visually appealing. It's a great tool to use with teams since it's easy to grant access as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I move my cursor away from the working space I get lost and am unable to find what I was working on. I need to be careful of where my cursor is

The company put my new credit card details without my permission and charged me for a year!
What do you like best about the product?
Can be helpful for company org charts, and that was the only purpose for us using the tool
What do you dislike about the product?
It was helpful for a month or two, and I was confident that the subscription wouldn't continue as I changed my credit card. Somehow my new credit card appeared without my permission, and I was charged for a whole year!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used the tool for the company org chart, and it was reasonably good at this
Great tool for multiple work purposes

This tool really helps me keep track of all of the projects that I'm working on, plus it's great for meetings to brainstorm and visually collaborate.
Innovative, adaptive tool for design thinking and collaboration!
What do you like best about the product?
It's relatively easy to use for team collaboration; it facilitates design thinking and visualization; it connects reasonably well with other applications such as JIRA.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be challenging to *keep* it connected to external applications; it takes up a huge amount of RAM on my laptop, making it difficult to run other applications simultaneously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
* We use it for PI planning; previously we used post-its on the wall
* We use it for roadmap visualization, which allows us to connect better with our stakeholders

Lucidspark has been a great planning & visualization tool with easy usability
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of Lucidspark is the ability to work within visuals. It requires very little learning to start using it and allows for easy adaptability for specific use cases when using templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the actual functionality of specific commands/layout actions can be unintuitive (such as building swim lanes after already building some cards out and trying to move cards between swim lanes or establishing flow lines before you finalize card layout. )
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving our issue of visualizing all items we are currently working on and how they tie together, along with their priority interest levels.
In addition, it allows us a straightforward way to build visual charts/schedules that would typically require very complex software.

Lucid Spark Review: Streamlined Visual Collaboration with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Lucid Spark for about a year now and love that it is a powerful tool that offers a comprehensive suite for creating mind maps, flowcharts, dynamic images, and visual content for PowerPoint presentations. Overall, my experience with Lucid Spark has been quite positive, thanks to its user-friendly interface and the ease of use it offers. One standout feature is its ability to facilitate anonymous feedback and voting, which proves invaluable in overcoming team biases during collaborative projects.
Lucid Spark’s user interface is intuitive and visually appealing, making it easy to navigate and utilize its extensive range of features. Whether you’re creating mind maps or flowcharts, the tool provides a smooth and seamless experience, allowing you to visualize ideas and concepts effectively. The options to collect feedback and votes anonymously bring an added layer of objectivity to team discussions, promoting unbiased decision-making and fostering a more inclusive environment.

What do you dislike about the product?
One area where Lucid Spark falls short is its integration with Lucidchart, another product from the same company. While Lucid Spark excels in creating visual content, when it comes to creating UML diagrams or process charts, users are required to switch to Lucidchart or alternative software like Visio, which can be an inconvenience. It would be beneficial if Lucidchart and Lucid Spark were merged into a single product, eliminating the need for separate licenses and enabling a seamless experience for a wider range of visual needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Spark remains a reliable and user-friendly tool for visual collaboration. Its ability to create mind maps, flowcharts, dynamic images, and visual content for presentations makes it a valuable asset for agile retrospectives and various other team projects. With a bit of integration refinement, Lucid Spark has the potential to become an even more versatile and indispensable tool in the visual collaboration space
