Gamechanger for remote collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to get started and invite others to collaborate, and great templates so do not have to reinvent the wheel. Our teams love it because it supports everyone beeing "seen" and having a voice in a quick and effective manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Takes time to discover/learn the bells and whistles to make boards look visually appealing, and to learn tools to better facilitate meetings. Also can't get good resolution when exporting diagrams into MS apps like Word or PPT/
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brainstorming, planning, and decision-making with remote teams. Also use for retrospectives on completed projects
Pretty darn good tool
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and flexibility of the tool are both winning aspects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as strong as a dislike, but I had to get used to new interface metaphors and icons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spatial connectedness between software features and functions.
Lucidspark is an easy brainstorming tool with little to no learning curve.
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark is super easy to use for teammates with all skill levels. It incorporates interactive elements and sharing tools to help with internal collaboration and communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Lucidspark is easy to use for all departments, for advanced teams it may seem a little lacking in features. More technical users may wish for there to be more advanced features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brainstorming among internal teams is the primary use case for Lucidspark. We can now visually see where each team is at in the process to implement new services and offerings.
Love it, super smooth.
What do you like best about the product?
The auto links between diagrams. And the default style looks super elegant.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be better to customize some components and share between all my pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whiteboarding my system design
Easy to use, easy to view
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's very simple to use as well as read. Many people I've shared with said the diagrams and charts I've created are very easy on the eyes and, therefore, cognitively. And from my perspective, very easy to make modifications.
I also like putting everyone on one page because I can make it grow indefinitely.
I also like putting everyone on one page because I can make it grow indefinitely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the templates aren't very good. It's faster for me to create my own. However, I'd prefer more applicable built-in templates. Also, because it's cloud-based, sometimes it's slow to render.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It brings everyone on the same page quickly. You can share edit versus viewing rights which is convenient for revision protection. And it's a documented record of what you collaborate on. If I want to save a version from a specific collaboration, I simply copy it to a new icon and retitle it.
Easy and Intuitive tool
What do you like best about the product?
Luicidspark is a pretty intuitive platform, and I like that I can spread out my ideas into an organized web. I love adding the different sticky notes and color-coding them. I also like the ability to zoom in and out at such a broad level.
What do you dislike about the product?
I currently use the free version and I think the features it offers are great for being free however I wish I was able to use or at least view my work on my iPad
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidspark helps me to organize my ideas in a way I can understand the flow of them and get the bigger picture. It helps me to be more productive when I'm in a rut and find what gaps are missing in my research.
Great tool for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
The interface works well, and the tool is easy to use. Collaboration is easy, and access can be shared with multiple team members to allow for their input or a handoff from one team to the next. The interface is easy enough, and it is not as complicated as other tools I have used, so after a quick tutorial, even the collaborators have insight into how to use it. Since it is not as involved as Visio, others will gravitate toward using it and not realize they are using a similar tool. I am excited about some of the AI options that are being introduced
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not figured out how to copy a page in Lucidspark, this may exist, but it is not intuitive, making it challenging to take a concept and build on another sheet. There is also an issue with how the documents are imported from Visio, the tool imports it essential, and you have to recreate it again to make it look like what Lucid offers. There are little pieces that could make the product work better, but they are responsive to constructive criticism.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to see issues visually! Working remotely and getting feedback is challenging. The tool is engaging; even the shy can add to the project when we are not in a live session. Many problems have been resolved when the teams see the issue; we can identify the bottlenecks; on paper, they could not see it. We are working to tear down the work silos and develop an environment where the teams can work across departments and the country!
Lucidspark is my go to for visual mapping
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can quickly create flows and capture thoughts & ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish that I could create more detailed flows quicker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Digital note-taking/solution mapping that i can share with associates.
Easy to use with a variety of purposes
What do you like best about the product?
Sleek user interface with full functionality. The templates are a helpful start to projects and also help guide me on how best to organize my work. I appreciate the clear and easy to use functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only wish I could download in bulk, so multiple documents at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Microsoft smart charts aren't flexible enough. Lucid allows the fluidity of conversations and the building of processes, projects and brainstorming. It's a great collaboration tool as well as an ongoing working documents for evolving workflows.
Migrating from Miro has little resistance
What do you like best about the product?
Since there are already other similar products on the market, I like the differentiating factors. The integrations with other apps is extremely helpful, and the ease of using tables and sorting.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a developer, I would like to see more API access, where I can migrate data from other systems and move them into Spark for custom "dashboarding" or presentations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to diagram out systems for communicating with a team, or working together with colleagues to plan and document systems.
