Great tool for creating quick and professional diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use and the quick ability to make professional-looking diagrams with the style picker. I also find the preset libraries quite extensive, and the ability to load my own is a good touch.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that I don't like about Lucidchart. If I had to pick something, I would say there could be some improvement with the flexibility of premade templates. It could be that I don't know how to do it properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can more easily convey complex technical topics, designs, and architectures to non-technical audiences by using the diagramming tools. People like the simplistic overview without getting too detailed. Lucid is good for that.

What do you like best about the product?
I recently started using lucid for making architecture diagrams for the work I am assigned. The ease of dragging any flow element and using it according to my use is the best part of lucid. Apart from this, the availability of so many more options make it stand apart from other tools. Will recommend it to everyone I know. Thanks team for making our life easier.

What do you dislike about the product?
As I have recently started using lucid, I haven't found anything to dislike yet. Me and all my team members use this tool for explaining their day to day task and are very happy with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, Lucidchart is solving a big problem of designing an architecture to explain your peers about the task you are doing or the approach you are going to take. I can simply show my thought process using Lucidchart

Unparalleled note-taking and collaboration with Lucidspark
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Lucidspark is its versatility and customization options. It provides a great note-taking experience that is tailored to the way I work, rather than forcing me into a rigid arrangement. Also, its collaboration capabilities are top notch - it allows us to effectively bridge the gap between how we use our own tools and those used by team members around the world. With templates that can be customized to my needs, customizable Post-it note sizes and fonts, and even pre-built connectors for easy document sharing, I don't know what more you could ask for in an app.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do have some reservations about Lucidspark's current features. I think it would be beneficial to implement an Add Column feature for easier table editing, and the ability to embed documents with their previews visible before opening them in a separate window. I also wonder why sticky notes are limited to such small sizes, making it difficult to write out long passages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was struggling to organize my thoughts for a content marketing strategy presentation. Lucidspark gives me a quick and easy way to create diagrams and mind maps that make the process of understanding complex concepts much easier.

There's a lot of features and it can be daunting when you are first trying to learn it

Speed of creating flowcharts and unlimited space on the layout

Inserted diagrams (in other docs) do not auto update. Access management is slightly complex.

DIagrams are better than text to capture user journeys and requirements
Surprisingly intuitive and great for collaborating
What do you like best about the product?
It's such a great way to visualise creative projects and complicated workflows. The super clear layout makes it great for collaborating, and being able to add images and other files means you can keep everything in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitations of the free trial can be slightly frustrating when you're trying to collaborate with external parties (i.e. contractors) and you don't want to set them up on your plan. But it's not a major problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's made remote collaboration so much easier for us. As an international team of visually-focused creatives, we were struggling to find an effective way to replace the 'cards on the wall' storyboarding approach, and found Lucidchart was a great fit (and easy to learn for the less technically minded among us!).
