Intuitive Design Tool for a Multitude of Uses
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart excels at making diagramming extremely easy and intuitive on their site, and allow for integration to other tools (in my case, confluence) to allow for contextual developments push throughout my documents
What do you dislike about the product?
Though it's not particularly a downside, I do not find much value in the basic video tutorials. I would really enjoy a deeper, self-paced learning environment for understanding all of the benefits of Lucidchart
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing an easy to use tool that creates visual training solutions for business problems, especially for complex if-then scenarios, allowing associates to make smart choices for the business
Long loading, outdated UI, unclear structure and navigation
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark has all the same features as other competitors, which makes it relatively easy to adopt and use. The import feature is a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes longer to load, sometimes the board gets frozen. The look and feel is outdated, which makes the experience worse compared to Miro. No innovation

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it allows me to do a lot of high-level visual work that would otherwise be much more difficult on more advanced software programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike. I wish it was available for bulk purchase with my university UIUC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Chart allows me to create system block diagrams for my audio plots in my engineering assignments. It does so intuitively and cleanly.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Lucidchart is its combination of user-friendliness and versatility. The platform provides a seamless and intuitive experience, allowing me to create professional diagrams with ease. The drag-and-drop functionality, along with the extensive library of pre-built templates, makes it effortless to bring my ideas to life. Whether I need to create flowcharts, mind maps, org charts, or any other type of diagram, Lucidchart offers the tools and resources to do so effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
An aspect that could be improved is the performance of the platform when working with large and complex diagrams. Occasionally, when handling big diagrams with numerous elements, I have experienced some sluggishness and delays in responsiveness. Another thing is the lack of brand icons or images I can use, I have to go and find this on the web instead of having it build in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart effectively solves several problems related to visualizing and communicating complex ideas, dramatically benefiting me in my daily work specially on helping Complexity of ideas,Collaboration and communication, Time-saving templates and Integration with existing tools
Streamlined and easy to use, allowing me to go from idea to creation, faster.
What do you like best about the product?
I personally like its ease of use best along with the ability to collaborate in real-time with team members is a significant advantage. Also, the commenting and chat functions provide a platform for discussion and feedback within the tool itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Lucidchart is excellent for most use cases, it can sometimes lag or become less responsive when working on very large diagrams with many elements. This could be improved for a smoother user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Graduate Software Engineering student, it primarily benefits me when designing software components. It allows me to make coherent models, flow charts, and other relevant diagrams that directly impact how I implement software.

What do you like best about the product?
Document organizer, template/shape library, document sharing
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to select multiple objects and drag around as you would expect is annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Make it easier to draw architecture diagrams and share them with the teams.
Very user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I created a chart to map out three different systems for my company in a way that allows for someone who is a novice in terms of these products and created a chart that allowed for more straightforward explanations. Lucidchart was very easy to use in terms of this for me to convey my idea to new users.
What do you dislike about the product?
When creating larger projects, this can get jumbled up and messy. Figuring out a way to make things more transparent for more significant projects would be most beneficial
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assists in allowing users to easily create charts to be able to communicate ideas without clearly the use of dull schemes and layouts. This has saved me a lot of time since I usually use PowerPoint to create these charts.
Great tool for managing workload!
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Spark is a very practical way to keep track of tasks and their status. It also is a great tool for managing workload for each employee. My favourite feature is the ability to colour code tasks and add notes/comments to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that Lucid Spark could improve on would be to send notifications when a deadline is approaching. These reminders would help employees stay on top of their tasks, especially during peak season!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Spark allows for more visibility on workloads for each employee. It allows for better workflow within the company, as it has helped us become more ogranized.
Great aid for class projects/presentations
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the freedom to create a chart or diagram that can flow with my thoughts. The editing tools are simple and understandable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The round buttons to create an arrow can be in the way when trying to edit the size or location of the text box. Also I would love to see a tool to flip the text box shapes to allow a mirror image on each side of the chart.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brainstorming individually and collaboration work is simple. Helping me work together more with my classmate in a neutral platform where all can quickly assess and communicate efficiently.
LucidChart is an amazing brainstorming and visual communications tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to visually explain complex ideas and processes. The templates and frameworks make it easy to not have to start from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the formatting and editing/designing (templates) make it time consuming to create a fully polished lucidcahrt/diagram.

Helping to communicate complex processes and ideas in simple visual formats.
