Lucid has been quite great and simple to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like the Lucid Chart is very intuitive, and it allows you to create graphics without being combersome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is hard to tell if I am clicking or dragging around with my mouse which makes it slightly annoying to switch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid chart is allowing me to create diagrams with ease, so it benefits me to create those.
Most user friendly diagramming app
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use - Once I share anything with my new partners, they can easily use it and I don't have to explain all the hows of the tool
What do you dislike about the product?
Able to connect to more databases, preferred if a JDBC connection is there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Entity relationship quick diagrams. I love to build that for data customers.
Captures user journeys & flows easily
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to easily create flowcharts depicting user journeys & business processes. The ability to add notes & layers helps in managing complexity. The ability to convert to PDF makes sharing across teams a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucidchart does not integrate with other widely used collaboration tools. Also, ability to search documents within Lucid is limited

What do you like best about the product?
I like the conciseness of Lucidchart, making diagramming and organization easy. The addition of multiple simple shapes that color can be changed is beneficial. I noticed that some of the shapes are incredibly similar, so I am unsure which shape I used between the two.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I try to aline a shape or line to the grid, usually it won't just "snap" into place; rather I will have to spend some time trying to line it, which is still a hassle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart is creating a sort of all-in-one platform where I can do many tasks that previously needed many different platforms, with the added bonus that it's free.

I have not found any downsides to using Lucidchart.

Easy to use chart/diagram software
What do you like best about the product?
It provides a way to display clear and concise diagrams and charts.

There are a lot of options to choose from when creating charts so sometimes it's hard to know which one to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart helps by helping me be able to bring a flow chart and diagram to the team to visualize the problem space. It helps by bringing everyone to the same page and making sure that the flow is clear.
I'm the Chart Maker for my depart. I provide updates on a Quarterly basis or as requested by HR.

The diagrams are beneficial. The diagrams are handy and provide a great visual.
What do you dislike about the product?
This comment could be a user issue. However, I find that editing our department org charts, sometimes the keys are too sensitive when editing a line or bullet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company organizational charts are the main reason we use Lucid Chart. The charts are beneficial for our department as we use them as needed for attachments when referencing any changes to our department headcount.
Lucid is an excellent tool for Process Mapping

The ability to build out visual process maps

It can be a little bit tedious to build out

Lucidchart helps my org build process maps and helps create visuals for the project managers. The end result is our PMs being much more productive and having a clearer understanding of things.

It would be good to have more colorful options available for drag and drop

Great for Law School concepts mapping
What do you like best about the product?
I love how versatile the application is.
I use it to map concepts in law school classes I'm taking.
I also have a map for career focusing based on experiences and interests.
Also, I can share the maps easily with my teacher and fellow study group students/friends easily via my Google drive.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I try to move things I create lines unintentionally. But the lines can be deleted easily or I can undo it easily.
The rest is learning curve - things I didn't like I just didn't know how to change until I figured it out.

Classes in law school have lots of complex concepts that sometimes connect and sometimes do not. This helps connect things. It also helps me create a process to analyze issues for issue spotting in tests.
