Liking this feature a lot.
What do you like best about the product?
The clarity is good for the screens and the zoom-in and zoom-out feature also works smoothly. Its also good to see who else is viewing the content and notes come in handy at times to understand the screen
What do you dislike about the product?
Loading takes time when the content is more. Sometimes its difficult to search any particular topic also when the content is more as it reloads the screen. Maybe a side navigation bar can help that we have in MS Powerpoint Presentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can have screens designed before the implementation in our project so that we can have better clarity of the things we need to deliver. Sometimes the notes are useful in providing additional information that is required for any task.
Lucid charts is a professional version of Draw.io
What do you like best about the product?
The UX and UI of Lucidcharts is intuitive, and there are plenty of different templates and shapes to pick from in order for me to build the diagram that I want.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more flexibility regarding how I can interact with some of the objects on Lucidchart. The transformation tools available on the fly are decent but when compared to tools is Miro, Lucidchart falls behind
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to build charts and visualizations to communicate ideas and Lucidcharts is helping me with that.
Easy for collaborative work and draft editing
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy it is to start from a rough idea and edit it to a finished product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the interface interferes with the content already on the page but this is something I adjust to over time with use of the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborating with our team on concepts and diagrams is what Lucid is used most often for our uses.
Its been a very great experience the website works well for my needs .

I love the versatility of the webiste and all of its uses

The website sometimes feels like it can be a little glitchy

Easiest and most fun way to make diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
Once you get the hang of the way Lucidchart behaves, it's pretty easy to jump in and start diagramming. It also has lots of shapes that make diagramming different applications, clouds, etc. much more intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is a little bit of a learning curve to getting started in Lucid Chart. Sometimes the controls, or the arrows, don't exactly do what you want them to. Also, the sharing controls could be better and more organized.

Easy way to show others how something is designed or architected.

It allows me to structure strategies and beautifully organize information.

At first there can be a bit of a learning curve to understand how to get the best use.

I need to organize my ideas and strategies in the clearest way possible and lucid chart options and visual appeal help me to do that.
No other tool can defined application flow better
What do you like best about the product?
Very user-friendly and the most valuable. You don't need to think a lot before putting down all that is required to explain the application flow. The links and the icons work great.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if we can get more icons/images to use. Also if we can add more colors to it. There are times when the presentation needs to look more colorful and attractive using plenty of different icons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is not easy to explain the business or the data flow to the other team members or the application support. Lucidchart helps in creating those flows with some details on top of that.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to provide flowcharts for logical processes easily

Setting the arrows up in the way that I want can be difficult and frustrating
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucidchart mostly to provide diagrams to describe logical processes. It's helpful to write my thoughts and communicate them to others. I've been able to more quickly develop and architect complex systems.
Streamlined and efficient chart design
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating a UML diagram which is easily the dullest part of the software lifecycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can quickly encounter the same problem as Photoshop where there are so many tools it can get overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It creates an easy interface for users and allows the clean creation of diagrams.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to bring screen shots in and connecting the process flows with multiple scenarios.
What do you dislike about the product?
When creating multiple potential scenarios and flows that can happen the diagram becomes crowded and difficult to manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing all departments to see and contribute to a flow before development begins to avoid reworking.
