Lucidchart for all your diagramming needs
What do you like best about the product?
I like how many features are available, different templates, and the ability to customize for a variety of purposes. Lucid chart also has different styles you can apply to make your charts look nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucidchart takes a little bit of time to learn, I don't think the interface is super intuitive, but once you do learn the controls, it's very fast tool to create diagrams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart allows for the visualization of complex systems. This helps enable collaboration in explaining across disciplines. Additionally the features allow for more information to be conveyed.
Great Product for Architects and Designers.
What do you like best about the product?
Templates for architecture diagrams and processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Availability of shortcuts. Interaction with the UI could be bit difficult for some new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visual Collaboration, Diagramming, and Business Process documentation.
LucidChart helps clients to more easily understand
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Lucidchart allows me to share diagrams between multiple users at my organization so they can all update the same document. It makes it easy for clients to visually see their current process and what it would look like after our product implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to get all of the flowchart shapes aligned correctly and the spacing all the same at times. Additionally, it would be nice if there were some more shape options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we are meeting with a potential client and trying to sell our product to the client, we use Lucidchart to mock up their current workflow and diagram what the workflow would look like after they implement our product. We review the diagram with the client and make updates as we discuss additional complexities.

Ease of use in terms of getting things on the screen
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind at the moment, I have had no problems using Lucidchart so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart is making it easy to create diagrams that effectively visualize data. The icons that are present make it easy to use industry-standard notation to visualize that data as well.
LucidChart: the InDesign for Non-Designers
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to create flowcharts, diagrams and other things quickly. An upside is that you can easily export to multiple file types and share with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are tools out there that offer better, more real-time virtual collaboration capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visually explaining ideas or processes. Pictures bring everyone together.

What do you like best about the product?
its so easy to use! Chart making is so simple and it is really helpful for visual aids/process flows

currently i do not use Lucidchart enough to critique it. I am very content with how I use it

I work for a company that needs processes and organizational charts laid out visually. I feel like Lucidcharts has been able to help with my productivity as I am able to collaborate with my teammates to get presentations done for our company. We are able to have consistent visual aids which is very helpful.
Very helpful for making flow charts

It's very easy to get started making flow charts that look very nice and professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that google images were easier to add.

It makes flow charts much easier to create.
Great tool for mapping process
What do you like best about the product?
The process maps are great, you can get as detailed as you want with your charting. They have a lot of templates to choose from to suite your needs. Collaboration with your team is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve if you have not used charting tools before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes the documenting and charting of complex processes simple and enables our team to get on the same page quickly when it comes to SOPs and best practices.
I have used lucidchart for my projects in school and it is very helpful espcially for collaboration.

The collaboration feature is extremely good its really easy to share with my teachers and partners.

Sometimes it's really laggy, and can be difficult at times.

The problem of trying to make graphs and diagrams, ect, Is solved.
Effective Mechanism to Wireframe Projects
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart helps me easily diagram workflows, decision trees, and project pipelines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the mouse movements can be counterintuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart is helping me visualize workflows and channel requests from external parties through the appropriate funnels. It helps easily encapsulate complicated projects so that we can issue-spot at a high-level.
