Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite Allows Us To Build Cool Diagrams And Improve Our Processes.
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has allowed us to be more transparent, educate new employees and clients quickly on our process and identify areas of opportunity on our current state processes. It reduces versioning control issues, and extremely easy to share with members inside and outside of the organization. It is flexible and easily customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to say about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite here. Only that the copy and paste functions were tricky at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is a great and excellent tool for making flowcharts for organizational management. It is super effective for visualizing systems and finding ways to improve our product and delivery. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is a step above other process mapping software.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for more than 6 years and I like how it makes workflow, project management and systems mapping a breeze. Simple and easy to use, very intuitive design, and the templates functions help keep my array of charts looking clean and uniform.
What do you dislike about the product?
More design elements could be better. Nothing much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has been a great experience. It enables my team to easily create and share diagrams and working with them is easier. Another huge bonus is how it provides a web based tool that allows easy access to process flows and diagrams to all team members.

Wireframing and prototyping through LVCS allows me to visualize UI/UX designs for our website and get feedback from stakeholders via Lucidspark.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Component mapping is what I relish a lot with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite which help identify dependencies.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite helps to design our business process in a meaningful way, and helps to better understand our requirements and makes it easy to convert into technical solutions. It is being used by the whole organization and helps to achieve our documentation for complex flow charts very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It keeps on disconnecting if idle for some time, though this not a major issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the benefits is that you can have free draw with keyboard shortcuts. We also use it to diagram entity relationships and system landscapes, and internally we use it to build flowcharts to design our solutions to hand off to the configuration team.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite because it enables us to communicate highly complex programs across many cross-functional groups>internally. I like the ability to easily add images and link them to separate tabs, and the ability to add texts as notes. It is super easy to use and has a great reception from the IT department since we have implemented it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Joining boxes up together could be a bit easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great auto save feature to dip in and out of boards, and how it simplifies complex systems and processes. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite helps my team plot the flow and review process flows anytime they want to visualize its process flows or workflows.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite across the whole organization and I can say it does marvelous. I like the fact that it is serverless, you don't need to install another program to create diagrams, you just open a new tab and there you are, ready to go. It has any shape that you can think of, and Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is always updating them.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is intuitive, flexible and adjustable. There is nothing to dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite helps us to brainstorm, and in our splint review the team can collaborate together. It is intuitive, easy to use and has many templates with instructions on how to use them, which makes it so much easy to get started.

Lucid provides an excellent balance of ease of use, collaboration, and powerful features for diagramming. Whether creating flowcharts, mind maps, or organizational diagrams, it consistently delivers professional results. The cross-platform accessibility ensures work continues smoothly across devices and the drag and drop of elements I have on stack makes diagramming quick and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are on free plan you can only edit a couple of documents, however, you can reuse one document which helps a lot when you’re working on multiple projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid has been very reliable in supporting the creation of organizational charts for our organization that clarify reporting lines between the editorial teams and distribution department. Creating presentation flowcharts has been an easy task for me now that I have Lucid.
Powerful and Flexible Flowcharting with Quick 6+ Export Options in Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite includes very powerful flow chart creation functions. Resizing shapes, inserting text boxes and formatting arrows is very straightforward. The flexibility to put all needed elements in one sheet and easily rearrange them is also great. It gives me the ability to export my mockups, sketches and maps into over 6+ formats.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no technical limitations with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite and I have not noted any improvements that I can recommend at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Designing cloud infrastructure maps and creating ERDs to model database schemas enables me to present my system design ideas in an efficient manner. I was able to create good looking charts for various documentation I was working on and they all turned out great.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s the easiest platform to map out complex ideas without making a mess. I’ve used it to build workflows, technical documentation, and system architecture diagrams, and it never feels clunky. I have relied heavily on the vast template library it provides to ensure that I don’t have to create process diagrams from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to be intentional about layout and spacing or things can shift around unexpectedly which can be annoying if you’re trying to move quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is my preferred platform of choice for creating system architecture diagrams, control panel layouts and troubleshooting trees that help quickly diagnose system faults depending on the error code. The diagrams make processes easier to understand and they are a good addition to presentations, reports and operational manuals.

What do you like best about the product?
I personally like the wide availability of templates covering everything from network design to software design to organizational charts. The variety of shapes make it easy to design any diagrammatic representation. Adding to that, the tools are very accurate and the auto-save feature gives me peace of mind while working.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much which I don’t like about it. It is very optimized for every type of diagram and the results are pretty accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been so easy to build hierarchical career and learning path templates that show learners progress which has been incredibly valuable for productivity and efficiency.
