Lucid Charts: Easy and Comprehensive Visualization for your Architecture

What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to give RBAC-level control for different diagrams within team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documenting complex architecture components and various business flows and related diagrams. It also helps write different phases for evolving architecture in form of architecture diagrams and related changes in each phase. The ability to easily embedthese diagrams in tools like confluence is a big plus in making the wiki tools very effective.
Lucidchart for process charting
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is a great tool for creating diagrams and flowcharts. The user interface is clean and easy to use, and the resulting diagrams look professional and polished. Overall, Lucidchart is a great choice for anyone looking for a powerful and easy-to-use diagramming tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that Lucidchart is not free - you'll need to sign up for a paid account to be able to save and share your diagrams.

Lucid chart helped me 4X my income
What do you like best about the product?
"A picture is worth a thousand words." In my case, that's meant the difference between just getting by and substantially changing my income and my contribution to my organization. All by being able to tell a story using this tool. I had used PowerPoints in the past for diagramming and process depiction but Lucidchart opened a new realm and ease of interaction that was warmly received by my next few opportunities. My personal reputation carries almost as much reputation now as "Josh's LucidCharts." Almost... we'll get there
What do you dislike about the product?
The web browser hasn't figured out how to implement spell check into the text reader. What's silly is that the mobile app for iOS does but the desktop does not. That's my number 1 request
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
People are visual learners. Sometimes, a PowerPoint and a spreadsheet just are not enough to tell the whole story. But when layered and oriented relative to the different parts or teams or products, suddenly my entire audience feels included and knows exactly what message I am trying to convey.

Very nice tool for collaboration of task in nice graphical way.
What do you like best about the product?
Flowchart creation, flowchart support, and content in diagramatical way. lucidspark helped me with a presentation to the management and data flow diagrams for the product.

It can improve in the performance of the browser CPU and also improvise by providing recommendations or templates for data flow diagrams by default so that time improvisation can happen.

What do you like best about the product?
I especially love the collaborative features of Lucidchart! The ability for me to work together with others in the cloud without passing diagrams around is huge.

What do you dislike about the product?
I do a lot of Azure cloud architecture diagrams and it surprises me when I find standard Azure services not having an icon already available in Lucid. It would be great if there was a tighter integration with Microsoft to make sure that there is always an icon available for all the Azure services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Besides data platform architecture diagrams, Lucidchart also is helping me build out multi-stream process workflow diagrams. Lucidchart makes it super easy to quickly create new swimlanes.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to get started by dragging and dropping the shapes and connectors you want to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit daunting to find the right settings to customize your shapes after getting started.

It is what I use to draw flowcharts and show user journeys.

Stickies are not reshapeable. I'd like to use them as a rectangle to put my chart titles in. Sometimes the grab is too sensitive.

Lucidchart is as good as any charting solution I've used, high recommended
What do you like best about the product?
I remember early versions of charting software were pretty poor at connecting shapes and arranging them as you wanted. Initially, when using Lucidchart, I was surprised at how well it all worked for being a web-based tool. I spent most of my time with charting applications before Lucid chart using Visio. While it's a solid product, I'm always happy to start a new job and see that I have Lucid available to me. The software does everything we need to document our company's enterprise software.
What do you dislike about the product?
There seem to be many features baked into the product that I feel like I could be using, but I end up mainly just using the basic functionality. It seems like many diagrams exist at my company that could be useful, but for whatever reason, I don't have access to them. Perhaps increased discoverability of charts within a company would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Lucidchart to document the bounded contexts of our enterprise software. We have a microservices architecture and use Lucid to show the dependencies and dataflow between the services that make up our solutions.
Great for mock ups

Lucidchart is great for mocking up workflows, website pages, and so much more.

Lucidchart has so many great features it's easy to use and figure out, I have no complaints
