A lifesaver for visual learners and anyone building out processes.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the general UX of Lucidchart is excellent and easy to pick up for anyone familiar with GSuite or Office. Putting together a chart - complicated or simple - takes no time. I go out of my way to use Lucidchart, and I'm someone who has bounced off of similar tools in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only potentially negative feedback about Lucidchart would be that I want to use it more, but of course, Lucid has their other great offerings like Lucidspark adding additional use cases. If I'm digging deep, I find that box sizes snap somewhat unpredictably - the option to set up document-wide formatting for things other than text would be a great addition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualizing complicated workflows or problem resolution steps - especially between teams - is the problem it solves for me. I've started attaching Lucidcharts to all new or updated processes within my team, making it simple for new team members to step in and contribute immediately.
Switched to Lucid after using Visio for over 20 years.
What do you like best about the product?
Cloud-based and all that entails. Allows me to use Mac and PC and easily access diagrams regardless of client/browser. Still learning the tool but I think there are probably other good features. I also like the ability to mass update shapes and save shape templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sharing of diagrams is problematic as users believe they need to log- in and pay to view the diagram. This is highly problematic when sharing with larger client groups and stakeholders.
I also find the alignment (snap to grid, etc.) is not very good. Maybe my own unfamiliarity with the tool and have tried multiple settings, but still find it a bit "loose".

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was happy with Visio, except that it was PC-only and not cloud-based, so that is the primary benefit of Lucid chart. I also use Lucid spark for whiteboarding virtually while facilitating workshops.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very straightforward graphing tool; you do not need to spend lots of time and energy learning it. The interface is self-explanatory and understandable. I enjoy working with it and recommend it to everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
One weakness I encountered in this tool is its ability to edit and manage high-quality images. This was the only thing I wouldn't say I liked, as it couldn't handle inserting a high-quality image in the graph.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am working on RF design and testing. We need to write technical reports and technical graphs as well. With Lucid, we didn't need a professional graphic person; engineers could plot everything. Indeed, explaining technical things to someone else who is not familiar with them is not easy, and thus, Lucid helped us to do it ourselves.

Sometimes, these diagrams don't have all of the needed shapes.

It is helping me and my team have a better understanding of our current processes.

I enjoy how simple it is to work in LucidChart. It feels very intuitive to work and collaborate with.

There could be some improvements on how the formatting and curves of lines are.

What do you like best about the product?
Visual diagrams that can be used in architectural discussions with customers to help them visualize the current state and desired end state.
What do you dislike about the product?
Structuring images and diagrams can be tedious if you need to build it out from scratch. Templates would be helpful.

Solving the technical concerns and questions that my customers perceive as a blocker.

What do you dislike about the product?
That it was down when I tried to access my document. Everytime I open a document the size and location is always different. When you search for something within the document when its located the page goes to 150 zoom.

Accessible and Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart helped me organize a process that was difficult to explain verbally, and I am so glad I chose Lucidchart to help me out. Using a visual aid that was not only simple but had every icon that I needed to help explain to my client my process made a tremendous difference.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, I don't have anything I disliked about Lucidchart. When I thought I was running out of room, the page automatically expanded (both horizontally and vertically). That was very much appreciated!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my day-to-day work, I handle multiple lots that can overlap and become confusing. By building out my processes into a LucidChart that is not only easy to read but easy to download into a PDF form, it saves me a lot of time of re-explaining myself to clients.

What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't like that it was paid. I wish the LucidsPark cloud version was free forever while its rivals are being used by breaking it down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a network expert. I can model my entire network on LucidPark and get a presentation of visual data by preparing their topology. In addition, I can prepare the design of structures such as Data Center, System Rooms, Cabinets, Junction Boxes in a scaled manner in advance.
