Great for my implementation process training with customers!
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Lucidchart for years, but always with different use cases. This year I've been using it with my customers who are building out processes with our software for their higher education systems and institutions. We love using Lucidchart to map out our workflows and process, handoffs, approvals, assignments, tasks, and more. It's extremely easy to use, so I'm always referring Lucidchart to my customers, who are in the discovery phase of building out business processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any dislikes, all of my customers are very satisfied even with the free version of LucidChart when it comes to process mapping. It's easy to understand and easy to use and learn. I'm delighted with the ease of Lucidchart.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process mapping and process building: It allows me to walk through my customers workflows and process hand offs as we build out their processes in real time.

Unlock creativity with Lucidspark mind mapping
What do you like best about the product?
I find LucidSpark an invaluable tool for teams looking to collaborate using a simple system. Its intuitive user interface allows me to quickly add comments or emojis/GIFs with minimal effort and export cards into JIRA tickets, providing accessible two-way communication between the two systems. The whiteboard view can then be exported into Google Presentations which is excellent for sharing ideas with both internal team members and external stakeholders alike while also being able to preserve established components of any chart via grouping, ungrouping, and locking functions enabling better structure in projects over time making organization simpler than ever before too due in part from the " draw arrows " function! Overall I love what Lucydspark has on offer, mainly when used within a collaboration setting -it's simply one of the best tools available (in my opinion).
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating between Lucidspark canvases is a tedious and frustrating experience. The minimap at the bottom of the screen is difficult to use due to its unintuitive design. I've noticed that both arrow keys and click-and-drag functions need to be fixed for me, too, making it even harder for me when I'm trying to view or present my work on larger maps. Ultimately, Lucidspark's minimap functionality fails to provide an effective way to access different parts of projects or presentations quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that Lucidspark solves is the need for teams to collect and organize ideas remotely while collaborating on projects. It improves upon traditional whiteboard methods by allowing users to record, reuse and modify their data in multiple ways - giving them greater control over how they structure their content.
Amazing Software

Personally I would like it to be a lot less limited in terms of premium features it makes it harder for us students to do many things for our uni lectures I would hopefully like to see this in the future

What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart's versatility is most appealing as it allows me to express my ideas accurately through a diagram. With this platform, I can create charts with different shapes and designs that people from all walks of life can easily understand. This makes creating plans and maps much more accessible while ensuring their wide acceptance simultaneously!
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucidchart's sitemap tools are limited in navigability when creating complex diagrams. The popup for its hierarchy is relatively tiny. It does not provide an immediate highlight or direct navigation to the item I want to select upon clicking on a shape within my wireframe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need an efficient way to communicate and create charts and diagrams with my team and clients. Solution: Lucidchart has enabled me to quickly generate visual aids such as mind maps, timelines, etc., allowing successful communication between myself and the people I work with.
Lucidchart is easy to navigate and simple to use
What do you like best about the product?
It is pretty easy to navigate and they offer a lot of good templates for whatever you might need. It's pretty simple and easy to drag and drop as well which is nice. I also really liked how easy it is to search for various templates which makes finding them nice. I don't think the integrations add much but they are nice to have and to know they exist.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the system is really simple, that also acts as a negative because its sometimes hard for me break the template. Like if I am building a sitemap and I build out more than the template, it ends up looking a little weird because it doesn't want additions. On the flip side of the search, the categorization was sometimes confusing and it was hard to find templates that I knew existed. This was frustrating. Like if I search content, it shows all of the topics which aren't very relevant. This makes it difficult to find templates that could be of use to me that I might not potentially know about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart is allowing us to plan for our marketing strategies. We can do flows of all sorts and show in it in a way that is easy for everyone to understand. It's also easy to share. I would like to start using the brainstorming ones as well for SEO because I think they would be a really good fit.
Lucidpark is a very good and simple tool to streamline your work.
What do you like best about the product?
For me, the most important thing about Lucidspark is that I can easily create a technology diagram and mindmap. The best thing is the ability to insert ready-made blocks of shapes + the ability to combine them, color them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any downside. Everything works very well and smoothly. For my needs, it is just right. Maybe the need is for the tools to be more intuitive. More keyboard shortcuts could be introduced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Lucidspark, I can easily and quickly create a process diagram of the process and mindmap I am interested in. I find it very useful at work when I need to create something on short notice.
Great product for creating visualized flows
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create visual aids and charts to guide a discussion or document a process flow. Sharing and collaboration help with contributing to documentation efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some team members don't have access to Lucid, which limits the ability to collaborate; it would be nice if a licensed user could add a limited number of others to collaborate on a document with the authorized user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy ability to create flowcharts and visualizations that can be displayed or shared with others in the organization to either document or simply talk through an issue.
Organized, quick shapes, and easy to follow guides
What do you like best about the product?
A lot of applications do not give you the opportunity to list things in a row. I really like the freedom to place shapes wherever I want to put. Also, the colors are much more easy to look and all is looking highly professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things are hard to find (I still do not know if I can do them). I did not like the background because it was a square-shaped page. Blank space or a blank space with different colors would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Lucid products for my organization. Most specifically, for organization charts. Since my company is still a start-up, there are lots of changes to be implemented and also some roles are connected with each other more than usual. These differences are easy to do in Lucid products.
Wonderful Platform for Beautiful Flowcharts
What do you like best about the product?
I love that there are so many templates to choose from, as well as many features that help you bring your vision to life. Working on a grid, you can easily put together a flowchart that's eye catching and any help you need is easily accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still learning more and more about the platform each day. There isn't anything I dislike at the moment, besides wishing I was more comfortable with the platform already. But I'm loving what I'm seeing, even if I'm still learning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid chart is providing a way for you to create flowcharts either for work or personal use with ease. They have put together a wonderful library of assets and tools to help you build and create exactly what you want/need.
