What do you dislike about the product?
No major issue.
If extraction could be in ppt. Format it would be nice, but am fine with the rest of formats.
Couldn't find mobile App shortcuts
If there is an option to upload my requirement, and website can do it for a fee, it would be great and save some time.

Excellent cloud-based mapping and collaboration tool including creating a basic wireframe.
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark is an easy to use online whiteboard that makes it easy to collaborate with others and share ideas. I love how Lucidspark has predefined shapes and a variety of arrows to connect different ideas. We used the free version and it had all the tools that we were seeking in a collaborative online brainstorming and mapping tool to create a basic wireframe for a new website that we are launching.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major dislikes; I do find that Lucidspark seems to behave more quickly vs similar tools like Miro which can have a delay navigating and load large whiteboards. If anything, I would appreciate more font options and colours but not major issues at all, it is purely preference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidspark is being used for myself and our team to create a visual map / basic wireframe of a new HR website that we are launching. It is allowing our team of non-technical users to map out the exact layout and navigation of the website (i.e. hierarchy of information) along with menus and links to content. Our entire team can join at any time from their own computer to make real-time changes which are then reflected on everyone's whiteboard. Through our wireframe, we were able to share with our technical team including the developers and UI/UX designers to begin building a comprehensive and easy to navigate HR website. It's a wonderful, collaborative brainstorming and visualization tool that is intuitive for those who are very technically savvy and those who consider themselves very non-technical.
First time users experience
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is well laid out and intuitive to use. I also like that you can work on it simultaneously with other users and see exactly what they are doing as they do it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am using Lucidchart because my writer is using it to wireframe my new website. I wish I were able to use it as a guest on her account rather than having to subscribe for a month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unless it is your business, wireframing a new website is not something most people do with any regularity. Lucidcahart makes writing a new website easy to visualize and execute.
Very good experience because of the tools it offers
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best, is that it is very easy to use. Other than the tools the app offers I loved how it's something that is extremely easy to understand and proceed with your project.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't a lot of downsides to the site whiteboard. When I started using it I couldn't find some things but after a while it wasn't a problem. Maybe a Tutorato for beginners but other than that everything worked really well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's not really about solving a problem. I use lucidspark for creative thinking and mapping. I often design some logos for future endeavors and brainstorm about other creative ideas.

What do you dislike about the product?
The first time I have loggined in I had to accept license terms even though my company has already been provided full access to Lucidchart. It makes every user confused - personally I thought that my company hasn't purchased the license afterall.
Once I started to create the diagram I had to search through some options thorough - knowledge of similar programs such as drawio helped me to access the program, nevertheless for a new timer it is recommended to schedule a tutoring session.
Also I was unable to simply create an arch with piping - I found this feature after hours of usage.
When it comes to changing the size of a wall icon it is impossible to change it by typing down the size from keyboard access. The user has to drag the wall in order to make the desireable size. To me this kind of feature is unacceptable and time consuming.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to create a simple diagram for my project needs in order to explain the scope for novice people, which makes my job easier (no need to explain the scope for hours, just picturing it).

What do you dislike about the product?
If I duplicate a file is difficult to find it. It would be nice to show an alert or something that let me open it immediately.

Lucidspark: What an extraordinary resource!
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid spark is the best visualization tool for generating flowcharts and organizational charts. It is simple to use with a user-friendly interface. The software training was tailored to my past expertise and experience, which was quite beneficial. Even though we are in separate time zones, Francis accommodated our schedule when necessary. The overview of the software did not attempt to cover everything, as a generic lesson would, but instead focused on the aspects that we use and may require. This product has been a terrific addition to our process, and I've had a positive overall experience with it. Contacting customer support mainly was an excellent experience. If we ever require assistance again, we can ask for it successfully.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Lucidspark is that occasionally we reach a point in the visual brainstorming and collaboration when we're prepared to draw definitive conclusions and organize our next steps. Although we came up with some exciting ideas, I wonder whether or not they can be distinguished from plain old brainstorming. I believe sticky notes are insufficient for capturing the results of brainstorming sessions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidspark provides an easy way to find and create the diagrams I need for my work, whether they are class diagrams, process flow, or business process flow. This makes it my go-to site when I need these visual aids.
