Good Collaborative Whiteboard
What do you like best about the product?
the ”Collaborative Whiteboard” and “Visual Collaboration Platforms”
What do you dislike about the product?
Few things are not clear what is included in free tier vs paid tier
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whiteboarding and architecture diagram creation.
Recommended Lucid to everyone in the Org
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid is simple and easy to use. The visuals are impactful and it makes talking process and flow simple and clean.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest challenge I have is ensuring that everything is balanced and evenly spaced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid makes it easy to collaborate and share processes within an organization
The most convenient and smart diagramming tool I have ever used
What do you like best about the product?
Four main things I like the best:
1. How fast you can start diagramming from the moment when you have an idea (as it is a web application that does not annoy you by asking to enter and re-enter your credentials),
2. How easy you can start adding various items and connect them (highly intuitive and well thought through behavior),
3. Rich formatting capabilities (changing color, size, and items arrangement was never that easy with other tools),
4. No artificial limitations as to what, how and where you can add to your diagram regardless of its type (your imagination is the limit).

What do you dislike about the product?
Since the functionality is abundant, it would be good to have some hints or tips on what else I could have explicitly used in my case or in general.
The first could let me know whether there are better ways to depict something similar as I am trying to do. The latter would help me to broaden my knowledge of the system and its capabilities.
Also, it would be good to have the ability to change the color of an icon that you add to a diagram.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart helps me to solve my main problem, which is to be able to quickly, effortlessly and conveniently convert my idea into visual artifacts so that I can share my vision with others.
My main benefits are the less time I spend on diagramming, the more ideas I can present, and the more iterations and improvements to the original idea I can produce.

Very user-friendly diagram maker
What do you like best about the product?
In all honesty, I haven't had a chance to try all of its functions since I only use it for diagram-making and sharing, and it is very, very capable. I really love the drag-and-drop simplicity of Lucidchart. It makes the creation, revision, and sharing of diagrams pretty breezy. I was up and running without instructions from my first log-in, and it's much easier to use than the other chart making software I've tried.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is well designed and implemented, but I do find scrolling and cursor movement to be a bit oversensitive. If I'm not careful with my mouse, I can find myself veering rapidly off-target or even off-screen. Beyond that, the directionality of the lines can be a little tricky at times. Most of the time the lines are smart and go or adapt to where I'm trying to send them, but now and again they do funny little changes that I never intended. It's a very, very small criticism though!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a lot of information and brainstorming that I both need to do and share. Lucidchart, more than any other chart making application that I've tried to date, really makes it quick and easy to map out what I have in my head for swift visualizations and rapid iterations.
Needs improved support for C4 Modelling.
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is good for software architecture diagrams. Connecting diagrams via multiple anchor points is useful for more complex diagrams. The ability to connect via multiple anchor points along shapes is better than some other tools I've used in the past (i.e. Gliffy).
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool needs better support for C4 Modelling. Having the ability to drill in via layers, and having native objects which support C4 modelling would be beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides the ability for me to draw software architectural diagrams, and be able to share those diagrams with collaborators to further evolve the diagrams. This is a great collaboration tool.
It is the best option available for replacing Web Visio.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Lucidchart is the wide variety of available preset shapes. You can easily modify them to fit your specific needs, and they export transparent backgrounds, which is excellent. Additionally, it's easy to add your images to the diagram and format everything, thanks to the included shape and arrow formatting tools. Overall, Lucidchart is an excellent tool for creating diagrams that look good and are easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly appreciate that Lucidchart's old layout for the Shapes sidebar was much more practical. In the new version, the gray-lined options are too small, and the thumbnail images aren't clear enough to be helpful. So it's taking twice as long for me to find and select the correct shape to add. Let's show a larger preview image instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, Lucidchart does not have support for version control. This means that if multiple people are working on the same document, it is difficult to track changes and editions made by each person.
Lucidspark is highly user-friendly and easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Lucidspark is that it doesn't have any concerns with spacing or word count while you're typing. It gives off the feeling of a real whiteboard because it updates your screen with other users' edits in real time. Even though I was initially confused, the infinite storage space has been helpful- especially when 30 people are using the same LucidSpark simultaneously. Another thing I appreciate is how well the program works even when multiple users are accessing and editing the same board simultaneously. With other products from Google, this would create a lot of lag, but with Lucidspark, there are no issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I like most about Lucidchart is its ease of use. It has a very user-friendly interface that makes creating diagrams quick and easy. Additionally, various templates and tools help users create professional-looking charts and graphs. However, one downside is that some designs can be elaborate and require substantial editing to make them look presentable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidspark allows me to communicate with my coworkers regularly and effortlessly. It's also fun to use because it helps me organize my thoughts concisely and inventively when creating presentations.
Virtual whiteboard for brainstorming and process mapping.
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciated how Lucidspark assisted me in organizing my thoughts while developing and implementing new processes for the company's CRM-based data management. We began with no clear idea of how the process should be resolved, so we had to figure out how to start sharing ideas and working together. I walked the team through the entire process using Lucidspark, and we made some quick and easy adjustments before settling on a final solution. The flowchart design process was enjoyable and straightforward, and the resulting work was invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had no issues using Lucidspark to accomplish our objectives. We attempted to accomplish the same thing using a few other, less user-friendly websites initially, but each proved problematic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidspark serves as a virtual whiteboard for us to map out and discuss the process before it is finalized. Furthermore, unlike other platforms, Lucidspark facilitated sharing of the created processes for presentation purposes.
Lucidspark is an exceptional product.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Lucidspark is its user-friendly layout with numerous configuration options. I created a process model to address a particular need with its assistance. We quickly figured out how to utilize the program. The ability to export and import is also a significant advantage - I had the option of exporting my presentation in PDF format, which included the application's flowchart.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe it would be helpful if, when scrolling with the mouse while depressing the shift key to pan the screen, clicking on an object brought up a pop-up menu of options related to that object. That way, customers wouldn't have to hunt for what they need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Lucidspark system helps codify qualitative interviews, making it easier for research teams to develop an explanation of the data at the outset. The system optimizes group discussion by organizing the flow of concepts in a meeting, which can be helpful virtually and in person.
