Intuitive Design, Real-Time Collaboration Excellence
What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive and friendly Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is to use. The design options are excellent and come as presets, so I don't have to spend extra time making the diagrams look better or more ordered; they just turn out great on the first try. I also really appreciate the real-time collaboration feature, which allows multiple people to work on the same document simultaneously and see exactly what others are changing. This makes it fantastic for collaborating via online meetings. It's a game-changer for me, especially for online activities like recreational plays or live-session brainstorming, where it helps ideas flow smoothly. The initial setup was really easy and intuitive, which is a big plus.

Some teammates had trouble setting this up in the past.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite because it helps to set up and structure new workflows. This is especially helpful when you are managing a team and you implement new roles and services within the organization. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is very intuitive to use, and the basic shapes are limited and can easily be picked so it works fast. I also like themes and templates that allow me to build a document and then have automatic formatting take over.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is fantastic and I can't think of anything that disappointed me while using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is great as it helps me do every single process I can think of because it's so easy to just build as you go. Additionally, I like how Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite lets you easily align and connect tasks and keeps your connections while moving tasks around the page.

What I like most about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is how easy it is to use while still being very powerful.
I can open it and start working immediately whether it’s brainstorming, drawing a flow, or explaining an idea to someone else. Collaboration feels natural, and it’s simple to share, comment, and iterate with the team in real time.
It saves time, keeps everyone aligned, and makes complex ideas much easier to understand.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can feel a bit heavy when working with very large or complex diagrams. Performance can slow down, and things like zooming or moving elements aren’t always as smooth as I’d like.
Also, some advanced features are not very easy to discover, and new users can feel a bit overwhelmed at first. Pricing can be a concern too, especially for teams that don’t use all the features every day.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite solves the problem of misaligned communication and unclear ideas, especially in teams.
Instead of long explanations or back-and-forth messages, I can put everything into a visual format that everyone understands. It helps align technical and non-technical people quickly, reduces misunderstandings, and speeds up decisions.
For me, that means less time explaining, fewer mistakes, and much smoother collaboration across teams.

Excellent and great diagram tool at a very reasonable rate.
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is great for our team as we collaborate often. It is extremely user-friendly and intuitive and I highly recommend it for remote brainstorming, planning sessions and collaboration. I like that we are able to add resources such as pictures and videos easily to a board. It also makes it super easy to create flowcharts and you are able to drag the needed shapes and lines to where you need them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Keyboard shortcuts for switching from hand to pointer would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is great to map processes, and it has enabled me to create complex network diagrams in a quarter the time it took me with similar products. The ease of sharing for collaborative work is also fantastic.
A Decent And Fantastic Brainstorming Platform.
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is a great whiteboard essentially where everyone can contribute and comment on suggestions, ideas or comments. It has been a fabulous and fantastic way to chart our ideas and log in tasks for future review by team members to implement. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is very intuitive, flexible and super easy to use.

None that I can think of at the moment. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has made collaboration easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like being able to plot and define our company operating model using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, and gathering ideas and information in a large workshop environment setting. Additionally, Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is also great for process mapping and for project visualization.

What do you like best about the product?
Since 2022, I’ve been using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to visualize structure and data flow of apps for all the three companies that I have worked for. Team collaboration has been at top notch with Lucidspark which offers sticky notes and boards in one place.

I can’t even recall the last issue that I faced on my end when using LVCS - It accomplishes all my system architecture design for structure visualization.

API documentation for my company endpoints and integrations with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has been seamless with flowcharts and diagrams.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is the most robust diagramming tool that I have ever come across. How it allows me to visualize supply chain by tracking shipments and inventory in real-time. Additionally, Lucidspark whiteboards makes it easy to collaborate with drivers, warehouses and suppliers.

Need I say something really! - Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite suits all my supply chain processes visualization without facing glitches.

Mapping out efficient delivery routes with Lucidchart flowcharts allows me to identify pain points and get mitigation strategies.

I started using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite in 2017 long before it was only Lucidchart. I like that the vendor incorporated Lucidspark which now allows me to visually collaborate with team and stakeholders while diagramming. Org chart management allows me to visualize team structures and reporting lines with infographics 📊.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I would like to see is incorporation of Lucidscale to the suite - LVCS accomplishes all my HR process mapping anyways!

Streamlining onboarding, performance reviews and hiring procedures with flowcharts and mind maps are the key benefits that I realize with this suite.
