Good tool for creating logic flowcharts or workflow processes
What do you like best about the product?
Symbols and shapes that are customisable, and flowchart tools that easy to use. It is one of the easiest tools to use to create decision trees, and logic flowcharts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version of the tool is not comprehensive enough. The storage and features provided are not enough for the free version. Text are sometimes distorted; this is reflected when you download the chart as an image or pdf.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creation of process flowcharts, and logic flowcharts. For example, the creation of decision trees for data analytics problems. It is easy to create a working chart compared to other tools out there.
Great tool for collaboration and whiteboarding
What do you like best about the product?
I loved using Lucidspark to brainstorm and solidify processes that I was building and implementing for my company's data management in the CRM. At the outset, we did not have a final solution for the process, and we needed a way to start collaborating and brainstorming together what that should look like. After using Lucidspark, I was able to walk through a full process with the team, making fast and easy edits to the process before determining a final solution. Building the flowcharts was fun, easy, and ultimately helpful for completing a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
For what we used Lucidspark to accomplish, we did not find any negative experiences or downsides to the product. We had issues with several other sites we first used to achieve the same goal, but they were not easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whereas other products we tried out did not format easily, such as moving the shapes and arrows, and changing the direction of the arrows from one shape to another, Lucidspark was the answer! It worked phenomenally for this purpose as previously mentioned, since we used Lucidspark as a whiteboard to draft the process and collaborate together on what the final solution/process should look like. Additionally, Lucidspark made it easy to share the proposed processess for presentation purposes, which other platforms did not make quite so simple.

Excellent tool for brainstorming, organization charts and research maps.
What do you like best about the product?
Using Lucidchart, I can quickly access numerous visual elements that would otherwise take me days to develop individually. The user interface and video tutorials are excellent. Because of the seamless integrations with other Lucid applications, I can keep track of data, foster teamwork, and create fantastic products for my company. Because of Lucid, everyone on my team is free to focus on their ideas without worrying about implementing and learning new systems. Many people, I understand, struggle to find fulfillment in projects that require them to draw diagrams or sketches of processes or ideas. Lucidchart outperforms other tools for creating research charts, mind maps, and process flows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning to use Microsoft's integration tools can take some time, but the process is simple. I prefer template-integrated video tutorials to YouTube-sourced videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Flowcharts and process diagrams are commonly used. We can monitor progress and present it graphically in ways we never imagined were possible with Lucid. It's a fantastic tool for encouraging mind mapping and brainstorming, and I use it frequently.
Not Bad Visio killer
What do you like best about the product?
It does diagrams online where it can easily be shared with the team. Replaces Visio diagrams and other general tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of options for Data Modelling diagrams. Bachman notation. No place for column or table level descriptions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dont need to purchase data modelling software. Can share data model across teams without extra costs.

How easy it is to create site maps, mind maps, bubble clusters and more.

There aren't many things I would say I DISlike, but if I had to point out one I would like to be able to customize everything a little more.

Our team uses Lucidspark primarily for bubble cluster creation and for creative site maps that everyone can reference.
Amazing tool for creating any type of process flow
What do you like best about the product?
It is straightforward to use. I found it useful for mapping processes and creating workflows. I like that the way it is made facilitates the use of geometric figures such as rectangles and rhombuses, and creating a flow is easy since there is the option of joining each geometric figure with arrows that are modified according to the position of each element.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I still haven't found any feature in this app that I didn't like. So far, I find it valuable and easy to use. It is my number 1 option to make diagrams and process flows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me save time by having so many default options. I don't use it much, but I think that this tool is a lifesaver for those who spend more time developing products related to what Lucidchart offers.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and collaborative. Templates are very useful and save a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like Powerpoint Smart art, it does not have wizards to easily incorporate different types of charts. Also, there are no shortcuts available to add shapes easily instead of dragging.

The business problems I've been solving with Lucidchart is to create process maps and flows to clearly outline the details. The sharing options allow different teams to coordinate and perfect the flows.
Created easy and effective flow of transactions for investor presentations
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark is a user-friendly, intuitive program that enables users to create powerful visuals to explain the flow of processes, transactions, business structures, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucidspark does not allow downloads to an editable file for saving on a shared company servicer. This does not allow for collaborative changes within a multi-department task force.

Lucidspark provides easy-to-understand visuals of complex business structures, transaction flows, and process flows for multiple end users, including potential investors.
