Best flow chart /diagram creating App
What do you like best about the product?
easy to pick shapes and tracing , linking two or more shapes , ability to add slides
What do you dislike about the product?
A help guide for using all functions would be nice.Overall its very good for projects and presentations.

I am able to create all diagrams from the vision in mymind to actual diagrams

What do you like best about the product?
Since we switched to using Lucidspark, teamwork has become much more manageable. I love how easy it is to communicate with my team and collect ideas and sketches. This makes our product more cohesive and presentable to stakeholders. I also find the visual aspect of Lucidspark very helpful when development requires forethought in terms of layout and procedure. The ability for other teams to see our sketches and thoughts is invaluable during agile team retrospectives so that we can identify what went well and where we need improvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like about Lucidspark is that there are a few templates to choose from. This makes me uneasy because it might limit what I can do with the website. Other than that, it's a simple and effective site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidspark Concepts allows for easy content preparation and page layouts while also allowing the user to solicit expert feedback and review cycles.
Lucid spark is an excellent application that is very easy to use

Lucid spark is very easy to use. If you have used something like Visio then you should have no problems in picking it up

I think the only downside is the requirement to be connected all of the time unless I haves something

I needed to create some quick process documentation. I created flowcharts and swimlanes
Great tool for visual thinkers
What do you like best about the product?
This is a great app for visual thinkers like me. It really helps to be able to draw a map of complex projects and topics, making them accessible to yourself and your teams. It also a great way to keep all your google documents related to a specific project organized!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I didn't like about the app. I currently use the free version and in that regard I wish I had access to more boards in the free tier. This said I understand the challenges of running a business and the need to a constant stream of revenue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem this app is solving is getting everyone on the same level of understanding of a project's arms and complexity. In addition, all the team can collaborate and contribute thoughts which enriches our design process.
User friendly application
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of using Lucidspark is the cleanliness of the platform, everything is so easy to find and labelled well. I've been using it for process mapping, its intuitive use made it so quick and painless to create. I could play around with it all day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside I've come across so far is that I couldn't extract the document as individual elements into a Microsoft document like Word for example. I could only extract it into Word as an image. This wasn't really a problem, as I encouraged the client to also sign up to Lucidspark, so they could make changes to the document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidspark is solving problems with visualising workflows. The benefits have been massive, it has enabled my clients business to grow and adapt to the point where we've employed another administrator.
Excellent visual aid
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like best about Lucidchart is its straightforward use. The provided preset shapes are excellent and can be modified to meet your specific requirements. Using a transparent background for your diagrams is beneficial so your diagrams always look great. With Lucidchart, you can create intricate diagrams without becoming bogged down, resulting in a clear and well-organized final product.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like about LucidChart is the lack of customization options. It would be great to have features like Gantt charts, however, given how LucidChart is designed, it would be hard to implement them. When trying to create a chart or diagram in my head, I often have to find workaround solutions, for example, using hidden text boxes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Lucidchart has helped us to improve our marketing process management by allowing us to draft and share flowcharts with clients. This has resulted in increased working fluidity for our team, saved significant amounts of time, and benefited our clients, who appreciate the ease with which they can receive the desired content.
Great diagramming tool
What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to use. The browser doesn't hang or crash when working on Lucidchart. Out of the box template library. One of the few cloud ready diagramming tool in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if Lucidchart can provide prebuild out of the box cloud migration and transformation diagram template. On the similar lines as how Google Cloud diagramming tool provides.

Luicdchart helps to give a visual representation to my thoughts and ideas. So others team members can easily understand it without me talking too much and trying to explain them.

The fact that Lucidchart provides a wide variety of shapes from different types of diagrams

Being able to have all my diagrams in one place and have all the shapes available for any type of diagram i want to make in the same place , makes lucidchart a super handy tool for drawing diagrams !

I feel if Lucidchart could allow collaborators to view the diagrams without having an account, it would be great

Nice Collaboration tool for visual diagrams!
What do you like best about the product?
Smooth collaboration during meetings. There are lot of features to help you get a nice diagram. This makes it easy to use for new beginners.
What do you dislike about the product?
The feature of smart magnetize is not working properly

In the previous tool I used, Draw.io, collaboration wasn't easily possible.
