Creating organization charts for reporting.
What do you like best about the product?
If you need to create an organizational chart, you should use LucidChart. As I am not a professional graphic designer, I do not have any unique abilities when creating visually appealing layouts. This makes it difficult for me to use Lucidchart when I need to illustrate something that is not immediately apparent. As an illustration, I cannot create a "skip-level" employee who would report to the CEO but not be considered an executive team member. It is helpful to have a central location where I can update our organizational charts in light of the constantly changing composition of my staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you have little experience creating charts, you may find the tools to be a bit confusing. It is true that something can be functional but lack aesthetic appeal. I frequently seek alternatives to using tedious charts or my handwriting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can create organizational charts and solicit input from team members from the same interface. I appreciate that no special software is required to be installed
We used LucidSpark for our OKRs strategy session
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark was great for visualising high level objectives and the key results that would enable those objectives. We continue to refer to Lucidspark for check in sessions on OKRs and have found it a useful tool to bring us back to the basics of what we're trying to achieve
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be great to have some way of measuring progress of our OKRs within Lucidspark. We translated our lucidspark page to an excel dashboard where we are tracking them in a minute level but would be better to do that in one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualisation of broad objectives
Great flowcharts and decision trees for processes.
What do you like best about the product?
For me, Lucidchart is the go-to program when I need to quickly draw up a decision tree or flowchart for my group or when I'm trying to map out a new method and pinpoint any potential trouble spots. It was easy to learn, and now I couldn't function in my position without it. I've suggested it to previous teams and asked for its implementation at my current workplace. Lucidchart is the best tool for visualizing a new process when trying to implement it and train a new team, which is especially helpful when working remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps I still haven't figured out how to do this, but I'm sure I could do it or keep it as a template. It would be great if the platform remembered the fonts/settings I often use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an experienced leader, my current position is in this field. I have used Lucidchart for my team's process mapping and training/on-the-job learning. When a new process is required, we use Lucidchart rather than writing it out to make sure we cover all of our bases and can put it into practice correctly.
A lucidchart is the best way to create diagrams and charts.
What do you like best about the product?
A lucidchart is the best way to create diagrams and charts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucidspark doesn't work well on iPad, so I don't care about it. The desktop version runs much better and is more user-friendly. On iPad, the mind map feature isn't as straightforward or consistent in appearance, which drives me crazy. In the past, I've invested hours creating diagrams on my computer only to find out they didn't look right when transferred to my iPad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem with Lucidspark is that it's a simple tool. It doesn't allow for complex brainstorming sessions, which can improve creativity and coordination.
Smart Assistance for Business Analysis
What do you like best about the product?
The user experience of LucidSpark encourages scrum masters and business analysts to create compelling visuals and process maps using simple drag and drop feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't believe about the existence of gaps in LucidSpark. The tool provides an end-to-end solution for Agile teams to work in an dynamic and collaborative environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used LucidSpark to create user-journeys and user-personas. It has helped me a lot to present my perspective using compelling visuals and solve the problems of designers.
God bless my PM 4 introducing me 2 Lucidchart)
What do you like best about the product?
The overall top-nudge aesthetics and highly intuitive mechanics. I love the variety of export options, collaboration, sharing, smooth slack integration, well-thought-through template assortment, beautiful default color pallets, and rich font library.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing to mention for now, the second week into the trial; I`ll make sure to get back to you with my constructive feedback once I stumble onto something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not a visual person, but I often need to visualize some data, flow, structure, or processes — what a relief to have the looks of it handled beautifully by the app on the fly.
It is a great software for graphic design.
What do you like best about the product?
Modular design with the possibility of interconnecting nodes and changing the design on the flight.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not possible to export the design to a Lucidspark format than can be imported back into another system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Graphic designer for scientific projects.
Very user friendly and flexible to be creative
What do you like best about the product?
The options and templates provide a starting point for the idea to be materialized in the form of a concept. It is very flexible to use the tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The format copy sometimes applies styles as not accepted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Converting thoughts into ideas and then into concepts is where I use Lucidchart on a regular basis. Within a few iterations, i can present the ideas to a broader team and get concurrence from the team. In addition, it helps to establish processes and workflow from the basic idea seamlessly.
Lucidchart is a great tool for collaborating on diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
I like Lucidchart's best intuitive design and robust collaborative features. The process of process mapping is streamlined, and excellent guidance is provided. Teamwork is not an issue because holding a workshop and analyzing available options or providing an overview of the situation are both very simple to accomplish concurrently. You may also create and share any other visuals you can imagine with your team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the price of Lucidchart to be a potential barrier to adoption. Unfortunately, the cost of these tools makes them impractical for startups and smaller businesses, as they are essential for developing and implementing processes and other documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Lucidchart, we could quickly and easily create a visual representation of our marketing strategy that everyone on our team could access and update in real time. This was a massive benefit for us as it helped us to collaborate better on our marketing strategy despite being a dispersed team.
A premier diagramming software
What do you like best about the product?
Creating arrows between each box in your flowchart is effortless. If you accomplish this, the structure and appearance of your chart will be significantly more memorable and refined. It's fantastic because links can be added to any element of your flowchart, whether it's a button that opens a new browser tab or a complete section that opens in a new window. This makes the work you submit to clients appear much more polished and professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a minor gripe, but occasionally I wish I could zoom in on a document to a size between 50 and 75 percent, but I cannot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a terrific approach for group efforts to create a diagram for event planning, idea generation, or constructing a wireframe. In addition to being exportable digitally, my charts are also printable.
