Very easy to use with many flexibilities to work in team

The tool is very flexible and the use in collaboration is easy

The tags might be too small when we want for example to insert emojis

Lucidchart the Best Software Diagramming Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Mostly like the endless features it provides. Like for example, the arrows being flexible and easy to use and the option to create jump arrows. Also the option to create layers just like in photoshop it helps a lot. It is the best solution for diagramming architecture diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside to it is that it doesn't have a lot of icons to choose from. Basically no option to search icons we desire. Also it's quite difficult to reduce icons and bring them to the desired size.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team had the problem of having good software to draw architecture diagrams. Lucid helps a lot in that. We went from using draw.io to lucid due to the fact that it helps us collaborate as a team when working on a single project and also that flexibility of the arrows.

Lucidchart is a really easy way to create and view diagrams which has helped with product discussions

Lucidchart can be a little confusing for new users; it was hard to pick up the functionality it had

We often have complex product discussions which need a visual diagram to guide the conversation, which Lucidchart provides

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature is that I can access and edit my documents anywhere I have a browser and internet access. This makes updating diagrams a snap, even when I'm not at my desk and don't have my laptop with me.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a slight learning curve for people who've been using Microsoft Visio for a long time. I ended up spending about 45 mins reading the documentation while trying to make my first document. Thankfully the documentation is laid out well and I was able to get up and running quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Removing some of the friction involved when creating visual documentation. Previously, we had to shell out for expensive licenses or subscriptions to MS Visio, and only certain team members had the 'full' license. Most critically though, being able to modify documents from anywhere I happen to be is amazing.
Lot of features, they need to work on creating training videos.
What do you like best about the product?
Online diagrams, sharing features, template.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very limited training are available and I struggle to find the quick solution.

Creating work flow and diagrams.
I have not used it very much uptil now. So i am not quite sure what my opinion is on LucidChart

Sometimes is hard to find which template you want to use and you have to try a lot of them. So suggestion on the shape library based on a theme or a template could help.

To quickly draw and edit chart and diagrams with easy tools/interface. It saves time and helps you with introducing tips. We have become more productive and our business performance has increased.
Great tool to create flows
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart it's a beautiful tool to work on flows. The learning curve is low. It's easy to understand and start using. The interaction with the platform is great and has great timing. It never gets slow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think they can improve the collaboration part. Sometimes the platform collapse and the other user can't see the last changes. The interaction and animation inside the platform are kind of rustic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Create easy flows and share them with the team. In the same platform, we usually design the first sketches, and this allows us to work fluently between the team who have the flow ownership and the team that have the design ownership.
Lucidchart gets the job done but lacks more appeal

I love the aspect of chart making and this software adapts easily to information that is inputed.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark shines at facilitating collaboration when team members use post-it notes. The platform is a virtual collection of post-it notes that allows you to view, group, and recognize patterns. Frequently, we compile all survey responses in Lucidspark, where we can better comprehend the feedback and then discuss and shape the company's strategy and operations with other managers. In addition, I had a wonderful experience with their onboarding and customer support teams, who responded quickly to my questions and helped me customize the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing negative to say about Lucidspark; nonetheless, it would be great if data imports from.csv files could be automated.

Lucidspark provides our teams with more efficient methods for whiteboarding solutions. We utilized it to analyze and discuss business operations and strategy survey responses, as well as generate and vote on ideas.
