Great way to share ideas and collaborate.
What do you like best about the product?
The main feature I liked the most would be collaboration and it is fairly easy to use even for a beginner. It helped a lot in the recent project we did which required lots of categorizing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much but the loading time for elements is long and it gets laggy. Maybe it's just in my case or maybe there were lots of elements I and my team added to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to list out a vast amount of categories and list that is to be later added to our website. It is making things easier to find for the team. Great!
Lucidspark is simple to use and set up
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Lucidspark! It's helped me become much more efficient at generating and distributing multiple documents to my team. Creating boards and organizing my documents logically is one of my favorite features. In a dynamic, fast-paced environment, workflow diagramming and real-time collaboration are crucial.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cons of Lucidspark are that it's more challenging to draw multiscreen diagrams and take notes than on a physical whiteboard. I didn't encounter any other problems during my time with the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid has been an invaluable tool for me on a variety of projects. I've used it to visualize internal business processes and design knowledge bases. Lucid is perfect for collaboration because it makes it easy to share ideas and information. As a result, we can work more efficiently and develop new ideas more quickly.
Making Flowcharts for Work
What do you like best about the product?
I like the intuitive control and utilities that can be used while making a flowchart.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked that the "snap" feature between lines and boxes was not always kept and that lines and boxes sometimes detached unexpectedly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a presentable flowchart with links to other documents in each step. Lucidspark made that very simple to do.

The templates have helped to make work faster to achieve and easy to use. The creativity with the available tools are easy to understand

Well nothing for now, i think everything is working well

Lucidchart makes it difficult at times to only select a small group of items to move together.

Lucidchart is enabling a quick method for visual documentation that can be easily shared for collaboration and feedback.

Normally if I had used other apps for charts it would take longer but with lucidpark I did my freelance work in 30 minutes

More storage size for users without membership would be pretty good.

I love the amount of templates I can get started with and the ease of designing with Lucidspark.

Templates make my job easier and faster. The amount of available icons and shapes allows for comprehensive expressions.

The layers of components are hard to manage. It would be easier if there was one, consistent menu for that.

Architecture designs, database designs and especially data flows to help others better understand the vision.
Effective visualisation and collaboration tool.
What do you like best about the product?
The variety of features it offers to communicate (e.g., can do by creating stickers or by giving emojis to stickers). It is also provides a great visualisation platform where complex structures with lots of interdependencies can be visualised well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if it could interlink with JIRA more. At the moment there is very minimal support features. As such if using Lucid to create and visualise things that will go into JIRA, it is a manual task to go and copy the things into JIRA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualisation tool for JIRA. JIRA is very 1 dimensional - all the stories are in one lineup. This makes it hard to keep track of everything going on. Whereas Lucid provides a platform that is capable of visualising inter-dependencies and relating how the stories match up to the bigger picture.

What do you like best about the product?
After using Lucidchart for some time, you will find it is the best software available. This is because other software options often produce flowcharts that don't make sense. There are many tools and options to choose from in Lucidchart, making it much easier to create logical flowcharts. If you ever get stranded, the tutorials offer great help in getting you through any complicated situation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating flow charts with this program can be difficult if you don't strictly follow the examples. A starter wizard that explains this would be very helpful.

Creating flowcharts with Lucidchart is simple and easy, which helped me a lot when I had to make display walls for my design team. They were able to take my basic designs and refine them to perfection so that they fit our brand perfectly.
