Great online whiteboarding tool

Using emojis to upvote / downvote / question an idea

Drag/dropping objects on the whiteboard with a touchpad mouse is sometimes frustrating. Features such as click-dropping to a specific location will help immensely

Lucidspark is a great tool to whiteboard with an offsite team!

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is simple enough to get you up and running right away without overwhelming you with too many features. It's almost like asking for a cup of coffee and being offered one. There are powerful tools available under this simple interface if you require them to present at a professional level. I found that the basic elements were sufficient for me to create flow diagrams to communicate my points. I also love the ability to collaborate in real-time, which is so much easier than sending design documents around.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucidspark would be a great desktop application. It is too typical for me to see my browser full of tabs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The lack of whiteboards is the biggest problem during the pandemic era. My closest match to a whiteboard was Lucispark. It was a great tool for creating design diagrams. Collaboration with the team was an advantage in getting feedback.

Versatility in utilizing the different charts

No I don't believe so Nothing is missing from the product. I haven't run into anything not working correctly.

How user friendly it is. I didnt even have to watch a tutorial. It was easy!

I underutilize the tool currently- I use it for building out clients' org charts with notes.
Making an architects life easier.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to import icons from different collections like AWS as an example. THis allows me to save time should how we could connect different AWS products without me having to write it all out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything about the tool is exciting. Noting to dislike simply because it provides the flexibility to do what you need as an architect both using keyboard or quick users with fingers and mouse as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its helping with speed for driving conversations. In few minutes I can take my idea from my head to a diagram and into confluence with some additional context for peer reviews.

An excellent diagramming software
What do you like best about the product?
It is an easy-to-learn software with plentiful objects and templates. it can be integrated with other applications and updates diagrams in real-time. i like how easily one can align and distribute objects.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not have a desktop app and it takes a little time to get hold of the features.Additionally the arrow sometimes trouble me , i think that could be worked upon

It has made drawing complicated models quite easy for me. The multi-level drawing in a single space facilitates visualization of the entire subject matter, that makes learning and presentations better than before.

If you are looking for something that can ease the drawing of multi-level charts and models, lucidchart is the one solution.

Nothing - it's great now that I can use a mouse with my iPad.

I work on Macs and iPads - the organsiations I usually work for are very much on the Visio track so Lucid lets me work with them without hassle.

If your job/function involves a lot of process design and engineering, LucidChart can be an excellent tool for documenting your processes. LucidChart is great for visualizing the process flow from start to finish. It highlights key activities and outputs, and outcomes throughout the process. A great feature is the ability to load/convert process flows from various file formats.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sharing the array was a little tricky. The board loads slower when multiple tabs are open. The website opens much faster in incognito mode.
