Easy to use and effective!
What do you like best about the product?
The free version was a great way to get an introduction to the platform. I loved that it was user-friendly and easy to learn. I upgraded my account so I could make more flow charts. The different styles, shapes, and line options are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could add multiple pages in the same file rather than having multiple pages. It would be easier to see different flow charts in one view especially if they are for a related topic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a great visualization of all the marketing activity processes the marketing team conducts. It's helping to bridge the communication between the sales and marketing team.
Perfect way to help you and others visualize a project.
What do you like best about the product?
All of the IT-related content and templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes, the only thing I would suggest is a character set that is SIP based to help with VOIP call flows. Which would help map a potential environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me map out an environment, and in the process helps my customers understand my installation plan. I am definitely more productive Lucidchart helps me break down communication barriers.

This product will help you get your message out, to help you become better organized, and see potential problems that you wouldn't normally see. Communicate effectively.
Easy to use Saas software and can be used for free.
What do you like best about the product?
BPMN charting was good! Quite easy to draw. UML diagramming.
What do you dislike about the product?
In UML class diagrams entering attribute values was just a text box, there really wasn't possibility add individual attributes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to be able to do diagrams in my IT (software architecture) work. It's good that there is also a free offer, the ability to use Lucidchart for free. And there are company/group accounts.

A great tool for Mindmapping
What do you like best about the product?
Advanced drawing tools, super easy file/folder structure. It's very user-friendly, especially when collaborating with clients on specific diagrams, flowcharts, and state diagrams. It was easy to share diagrams with others beyond my company, especially managing their access and roles such as edit, comment, etc. It is easy to create diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes converting a document into a printed version can be difficult. This results in the need to rework and resize the original document to make it look good in print.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidspark has helped us understand the structure of the product and sort out various aspects. Lucidspark is the tool we use to present various problems
Excellent whiteboard strategic planning tool
What do you like best about the product?
The autosave feature is amazing because there is no loss of connections. It's simple and powerful, adaptable in collaboration and user interface. It is fantastic how sticky notes can be used to help with our program increments. They allow us to exchange ideas with team members without collaborating via email.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mockup process is a low-fidelity project. Moving between projects can be a bit difficult. We also left out some advanced features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through the mockup process, I can communicate with my distributed staff. The best part is sharing with my team more visually and understandably.
Smooth and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Very smooth on all platforms and the very flexible interface to allow users to model whatever they have in mind and share their ideas the best - through diagrams!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing engineering teams to share and plan complex structures before starting to implement it. This resulted in the project team being more efficient and identify problems before starting.

Search up articles on how others are using Lucidspark, it is a very very flexible platform and there are always new ways to use this awesome product.
Lucidchart is easy to use and very functional
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is a great tool that I love and is very easy to use. It allows me to build flows and mockups quickly. The UI is simple, and there aren't too many options and controls. Drag & drop elements, and you can add text. The result is something incredible you can share.
What do you dislike about the product?
While working on the iPad, I noticed that it is not as sensitive to touch as I would like

I prepare different types of flow diagrams, including process flow diagrams and information flow diagrams.
Very Intuitive and easy to use software to create charts

Easy UI, Freemium Product, multiple types of charts supported

Only 3 free active documents at a time, could provide an option to make some documents inactive to access the other documents

creating flowcharts for process flow diagrams, swimlane diagrams, organization charts, etc.
Visualization helps to understand complex processes
What do you like best about the product?
You can use pre-made templates to create visual workflows and add notes to share with colleagues. The workspace can be customized to suit your needs. The visual representation of workflows is enhanced with the ability to change the format of fields. Instructional videos help you understand the basics of the new platform and make it easy to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I miss the most in Lucidspark are additional options to export to other formats that would facilitate easier editing in a graphical editor or placing in a report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to a number of tools, Lucidspark simplifies our visualization so that we are able to more effectively note all the steps required to achieve the desired goal
Great tool for team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, work with others at the same time, the react feature is nice to have, and flexible for what you want to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could use some more templates. Also I get sent too many emails regarding the product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mainly use it for retrospectives and planning, which it's really helpful for. I like being able to see what other people are sharing on the board in real-time.
