Lucidcharts is a Huge Job Aid for Product Management
What do you like best about the product?
The free-form nature of Lucid charts is its best feature. I can make charts and designs that help our software developers better understand our goals. I don't see any real competitors other than Miro and PPT and I think it bests both of them.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be unwieldy to work with layers at first. They're not intuitive and seem essential for dividing up content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Producing charts and designs to better explain product management decisions.
Incredibly user friendly whiteboard to work with your team in all type of presentations.
What do you like best about the product?
A huge option of shapes, structures, frameworks and templates to drive discussions in presentations. Very user friendly to use and edit, as well as to access while working
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be a bit easier and more intuitive to export your creations to PPT and continue doing final edits from there. Also, it could be easier to add text in the shapes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Key added value driver is to fill the gaps that other day to day tools used in big companies have (e.g. decision trees, complex dynamic templates, possibility to work with colleagues better tuned)

Get hands on a great tool to complement your power point needs and work in an orchestrated way with colleagues
I'm a design student and I tried several tools to create a flow chart. Lucid chart was easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to understand and use to quickly create flow charts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Possibly the cost, currently, I"m an unemployed student.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am more productive because it provides a quick way to create a basic flow chart but allows for some detail to create a professional look.

Ease of use and quickly creates flow charts with important and relevant elements to create designs.
Very simple to use and has a lot of symbols and descriptions
What do you like best about the product?
Helps facilitate documenting all business processes with, a very simple UI that also facilitates the work. Having so many symbols and ease of tailoring any symbol
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not encountered any dislikes during my experience using Lucidchart. However, i didn't like the fact that the free trial limited the number of symbols i can use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Lucidchart to document current business processes and create an audit trail that can facilitate detecting and preventing any operational issues across many different departments
Many options in one app
What do you like best about the product?
This tool's ability to construct diagrams in a short period (drag-and-drop functionality) and the integrations it allows to enhance our work more accessible and more efficient are my favorite aspects. I am happy to use this software because I can easily access and share diagrams with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using this solution while traveling is challenging. I miss the mode that would simplify editing the board.

Lucidchart facilitated the brainstorming and editing process of many projects.

I recommend looking at templates and seeing what others are doing for inspiration.
Flowcharts for any project
What do you like best about the product?
I love the customization that Lucidcharts offers. I previously used Google Docs and found the placement of charts on the page very confusing and difficult to navigate. I enjoy that Lucidchart is web-based and didn't require me to install it. Diagrams can be uploaded instantly into my Google Document using this program, which runs entirely in my browser. My favorite thing about Lucidchart is how intuitive the site and diagram templates are. Anyone can start designing their flow chart without prior knowledge of systems or information design.
What do you dislike about the product?
The arrow placement option is very unintuitive and takes a long time to master
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart has been an excellent tool for me to illustrate our flowcharts and procedures. I've included them in all of my training materials!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
LucidChart is a graphing tool that requires almost no learning to master. It allows you to create clean, easy-to-use designs in seconds. They are constantly improving the product, making it even more user-friendly.
Too high price compared to functions
What do you like best about the product?
It is useful to map a chat bot chart and that was our use case.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no warning of the annual payment coming up = you are charged 500 USD out of the blue even though you haven't logged in for a year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is no longer benefitting me. There is no value compared to the pricing for just mapping a chat bot.
A great collaboration tool for whiteboarding and organizing your thoughts
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to collaborate with others at the same time, create links to Jira, and create large boards and workflows that are easy to read
What do you dislike about the product?
When the boards get too big you can lose things on it. Sometimes it takes a lot of click and drag effort to get things to line up or move around as you'd like them to

It allows multiple team members to collaborate on work and keep on the same page as far as what our priorities are, what work is, done, planning, etc
Easy and user-friendly product
What do you like best about the product?
I like to try out software and see if it is easy to use. Lucidchart is an app with options for various professional purposes that is easy to use. The mind maps and organizational charts were easy to make without having to learn anything first. I used another app that needed me to watch a video tutorial before using it, which I didn't like because my learning style doesn't require it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be hard to edit the connecting lines in a diagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart allows you to present your processes in a way that is understandable to executives. We help companies save money and use time more wisely.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Draw out your processes to make them easier to understand. You can also use visuals of the process to get ideas from other people and see what they think. It will make it easier for you and others to remember, too.
