Great tool
What do you like best about the product?
A key feature for me is the ability to decide and adjust where the arrows pass. In most tools I tried we have no control over their trajectory and they go through items in schemas and hinder readability.
A lot of templates and style of items help too.

3 editable items is very low in the freemium version. We used to have more!

What do you like best about the product?
LucidSpark is an easy and valuable program that helps me collaborate with my team. LucidSpark allows me to upload documents and share files with my team members quickly, and I appreciate how the program facilitates teamwork. I also use it to make notes or streamline complicated text fragments into visual diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Collaboration becomes very difficult when several people participate in an edition because we noticed that changes are updated after a while
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidspark helped me to create processes and share them with my teams. They assisted us in collaborating better, which resulted in our work being executed more smoothly.
Best Flowchart Software
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to create flow charts that look professional and like they took a lot longer than they actually did

Very finicky- if you move something even slightly out of line the whole element is thrown off

How to map different processes and procedures in a way that's easy to read and comprehend
A tool that's changed our ability to timetable
What do you like best about the product?
The simple layout & easy access to Lucids facilities means that even those who aren't technically minded or apt within our school are still able to produce timetables for exams with ease as well create in numerous charts for their lessons
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I've been able to notice is the initial cost. While worth it in the long run it was a bit of a shock on the pricing per person. Having said that as a school we did decide it well worth it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is enabling us to finally have a uniform method of creating several timetables/charts. It's helped us create a more professional atmosphere among our staff & students as well.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is simple and lets me make my charts fast and efficiently. Really good for creating complex data architecture diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
More inbuilt shapes would be amazing as I find that some of the models I make need special shapes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to make presentations for project proposals and the app really helps me make these quickly.
Whiteboard available for everyone
What do you like best about the product?
You can use it to organize your work, write notes and manage teams. The biggest advantage of Lucidspark is its user-friendliness! The app is easy to learn and use. The templates are great. There are many options, and most are frequently used. Our team often works on Kanban boards and flowcharts. It is very cool to be able to see changes made by another team member in the application.

Moving items around can cause unwanted changes. It is important to be more precise when moving and dragging items
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To ensure effective team collaboration, we use the application as a virtual whiteboard. We create notes about projects and then organize and assign priorities to them. Lucidpsark is our platform for conducting sprint retrospectives.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This tool is much better than other diagramming software on the market. It has a simple user interface, makes it easy to create templates and offers collaboration tools. Lucidspark is preferred compared to other diagramming tools.
Process flow and diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
The most significant advantage of Lucidchart is its user-friendliness and ability to cooperate with users. This is the next logical step for new users who want to start working with flowcharts. Another advantage of the program is the ability to import existing flowcharts from other programs into Lucidchart, which allows you to use it for many years and future-proof your files.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the color scheme. It sounds simple, but it would be nice to have a broader color scheme to make my visualizations more interesting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our solution to most customer problems involves diagrams showing how a configuration will work. In reality, we have to make many changes to customers and the ability to work directly with the customer.
Love LucidSpark for process flows
What do you like best about the product?
Love the visual organization of LucidSpark. It really helps with clients outlining certain processes that we build for them.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I don't like. It can be a little hard to learn how to use all of the features but it's easy enough to figure out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process walkthroughs with clients. It's making training and teaching way easier to understand and comprehend.
Lucidchart for work
What do you like best about the product?
It is relatively easy to use and get started with this tool. The ability to collaborate with teammates and provide comments is also pretty clutch. It just looks nice. I am biased because I am a visual learner, so this tool is made for me :)
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more templates to use. It would also be cool if there was an option to create custom shapes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to illustrate a workflow and tell a story. I often talk with my hands so it's great to be able to talk AND show teammates diagrams of a flow rather than my hand-wavy diagrams :)
Very capable, almost very easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like the diversity of objects to use, the mostly intuitive interaction with objects, and voting and other collaborative tools. I've only used one other whiteboard software, but it had nowhere near this much functionality or capability. The real-time collaboration seems to consistently work well for my small team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sheer number of things to click on in the toolbar is overwhelming at first (and still does after using it for a while). Some of the items/actions seem to be useful only for integration with other products, but I'm not sure how to learn how to use those or when to use them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My small team has yet to meet in person, but Lucidspark enables us to have our old capability of having several whiteboards where we can discuss things in real-time, and also save annotated notes for future reference/modification. In addition, it allows for more features than a whiteboard, like voting, rearranging/coloring components, etc.
