Process diagram/ Presentation collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
ease of use and the lean learning curve you need to master the basic functions that you usually need to be able to use the software/web app
What do you dislike about the product?
not a lot of people use it and there is some feature that are hidden behind paywall, company integration is hard and difficult to sell
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ease of access to diagram tools and shapes, and simple control and editing suite within the free model
Easy to use, and lots of practical tools. Highly recommend Lucid.
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid is easy to use, and I didn't need to watch a tutorial or speak with anyone online before I was able to pick up the basics and create flowcharts and visuals. When I do have a question on a more complex issue, Lucid is popular enough that I can usually find the answer online and resolve it quickly without needing to turn to customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints about Lucid currently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid allows us to easily and quickly build a wireframe that our entire team can work on and update. Lucid has helped speed up our wireframing/planning phase from 2 weeks to just 2-3 days. This has helped with customer satisfaction as well as more projects completed.
Friendly & Versatile Diagramming Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I've found LucidChart to be robust in its offerings & it's been pivotal in helping get visual diagrams of complex systems down so that we can make important decisions. The real-time collaboration is particularly helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is the only downside to me currently as licensing can be expensive. The product itself is fantastic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us build out the structure of our internal systems, and have discussions about the architecture decisions in real-time as we work on it.
Lucid G2 In Review.
What do you like best about the product?
My colleagues have the ability to collaborate remotely across multiple territories and timezones. Additionally, the seamless live interactions make for a fruitful exercise.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to click and drag within the collaborative space, without having to click seperately on the navigation icon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer Journey across several lines of business. It helps identify opportunities for efficiencies and revenue growth.

Lucid made it easy to create visualizations for presentations and collaboration
Lucid is the perfect tool for ERD uml diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
The tools diagram module is the easiest too to work with with respect to ERD uml diagrams for database design.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a student its a bit out of my budget for me to afford. Hopefully university sees the value and subsidies the tool

The tool makes diagrams construction look easy. These features are unique to the tool and found nowhere else
Transforming Ideas into Clear Visuals
What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive and user-friendly Lucid is. The drag and drop interface makes it easy to create professional diagrams, flowcharts and mind maps without a steep learning curve. It allows team members to work seamlessly on the same project, no matter where they are.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the more complex templates and diagrams can feel a little overwhelming for new users without prior experience. Occasionally, there’s a slight lag when working on large, detailed projects with multiple collaborators, which can disrupt the workflow. (May be computer related.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a central platform for craeting flowchats, wireframes and process maps which helps simply complex ideas to make sure everyone is on the same page.

missing some features that I think would be useful

It easy to use, has app for mobile, can send designs to engineers to work on.

Easy to use, rich gallery of shapes, online collaboration, multiple sheets, presentation mode

Lacking ability to embed PDF and other documents

allowing to visually represent process and system flow of information

I like how many options and how easy it is to put your data into visual contruction.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just don't like that I don't know how to use Lucid and create myself with ease at this point. I am mostly using the service once a coworker is done with their chart.

I have not personally had any problems with Lucid
