Fantastic tool to make diagrams and develop processes in a simple and clear way.
What do you like best about the product?
We use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to assist in creating visually appealing and easy to understand charts which helps us map out workflows and ensure that we are telling the story of our information. It also helps us to create graphics that are easy to follow and that help us to communicate with our clients more effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like sometimes I have to click around a bit too much just to be able to make a small edit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is very useful if you know you have team members who understand and communicate best by utilizing visuals. The templates and functionalities that Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite provide are also very relevant to our needs.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite on a daily basis in my current Architecture & Planning company. How I am able to map out construction projects to identify areas of weaknesses is what I like most about L.Chart. On the other hand, Lucidspark allows me to collaborate with contractors, clients, teams and stakeholders all in one page.
What do you dislike about the product?
For a long time now, I have not had any bad experience with this two products in one suite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been super easy to brainstorm via whiteboards with Lucidspark which infuses AI to generate ideas.
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite Is The Best Tool To Create/Share Charts And Diagrams.
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for a couple of years to organize my team's thoughts by brainstorming ideas and turning them into steps in a flowchart. It is very easy to learn so there is no need to go over lengthy training videos. Additionally, I like that because it is cloud based, all data is saved in the cloud and you will be always up to date working in the latest revision of document.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite works very well to create flowcharts to organize ideas and workflow tasks. I dislike nothing about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like how Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite offers an easy way to draw diagrams from scratch and an intuitive way to create custom shapes via grouping. It is very easy to use and it makes the process fun. Also, Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has all sort of features needed for a wide variety of diagrams/charts.
Easy Drag-and-Drop Functionality and Effective Charts Templates That Speed Up Diagramming
What do you like best about the product?
The experience using this platform has been very rewarding to us. I like how easy it makes it to create charts and diagrams through drag and drop instead of programming. It also has ready made templates that gave us a big head start when onboarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform has impressed me in all areas and I have been fortunate not to have anything that I have not liked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating learning paths that guide junior employees on how to move from basic training and the steps to follow up to the advanced level. It helps also create organizational charts that ensure each shift is fully equipped with the right ratio of senior to junior technicians.
The diagram generation tools are superb and the charts produced are very detailed for presentations
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is it being a cloud platform with excellent performance, it excels in arrow and line connections and with its huge variety of shapes and icons I am able to create every drawing with a substantial difference comparing to the others that simply helps me have something different from other creations for presentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
It just needs some time to find where all the menus and edit options are within the toolbar and other sections of the dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I helps me create decision tree analysis for presentations and data flow diagrams that assist in visualizing communication lines between our organization and different partners.
Excellent tool for system line drawings and very effective SOP structure charts
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite enables me to draw process flows and diagrams in a fast manner, the templates in-built, linkable shapes and the color feature ensures the diagrams clearly show how the manufacturing lifecycle flows from one activity to the other till completion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Thankfully, I have not quite found a thing that is unpleasing about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to produce technical PCB line drawings and checklists of ISO standards that require documentation which have been extremely helpful in training others and helping build a troubleshooting team.
Great platform to quickly setup a diagram and export a great amount formats
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid has one of the best library of diagram templates, the UI is so well polished that it just feels much more comfortable to use. It has a diverse array of icons and the arrows to join sections of a flow together are really easy to adjust and to move.
What do you dislike about the product?
I currently don’t have anything negative to say for me so far it has been fun and easy to use and so well organized for diagram creation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was struggling to create client experience flowcharts for our company but upon implementing Lucid the templates made everything 10x easier. Now it’s easy for me to keep track with the specific sequence of interactions a client has with our company.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s a robust, aesthetically pleasing diagramming tool that is super easy to use and I found it quite affordable for our organization. I particularly like it has templates as well to get me started in building flowcharts and export features are better in Lucid Collaboration Suite than in any other similar platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the advanced features are not available in the free plan but as mentioned it’s not expensive at all so its better to just upgrade.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it a lot to map out complex processes for people and teams that need them explained simply and quickly. It is super helpful for me to build program flows and the collaborate board has been a great opportunity to explain how program events are connected.

I like using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for its real-time functionality and ease of use. It allows my team to work simultaneously on diagrams and projects, improving communication and efficiency. I also appreciate being able to save and continue my work anytime, which adds flexibility to our workflow. Plus, the initial setup was pretty easy, making it straightforward to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
Performance with large diagrams sometimes is slow and laggy. There is a delay in real-time updates, which in collaborative sessions with large diagrams, can lead to confusion or duplicated efforts being made.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for collaborative design, enabling my team and me to work simultaneously on projects and improve communication and efficiency. It's real-time, easy to use, and allows saving progress anytime, which enhances teamwork.
Intelligent Diagramming with Seamless Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to create flow charts and collaborate with my team, incorporating changes they all make. I find their vast range of toolkit and on point collaboration techniques to be the best. I like the intelligent diagramming, which provides value by automating the heavy lifting of manual creation. I was using draw.io but this is much better. The initial setup was pretty simple and straightforward.
