A powerful workflow builder that requires little effort to master
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Lucidchart's online diagramming software is the ease of use and its ability to be used by people with little or no training. It also has a wide variety of templates for diagrams, which allows users to create their own without having to start from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
When working with complex workflows, the software tends to slow down and crash. In addition, when a workflow is spread out over multiple pages, the view can become small even with a large screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Lucidchart, we are able to create process flows for our standard operating procedures that are both easy for new hires and existing employees to understand. Our intelligent workflows also allow us to create procedures quickly, while still making them visually appealing.
The perfect collaboration tool for the visual learner!
What do you like best about the product?
It was a smooth learning curve. The tools, shapes and drag and drop functionality make it easy to get started quickly. I was able to even connect my Excel data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the copy/paste logic, you're never sure where something is going to end up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it at my company for collaborating on large and small problems from creating an ideas board using sticky notes for feedback to solving large engineering questions.

Solid functionality with some zooming limitations
What do you like best about the product?
Creation linked shapes is a very smooth process. The use of layers is nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
The zoom feature. is not infinite. The fonts can scale automatically but not covering even the limited zoom range of the app. I can not connect object on different layers.

We visualize our knowledge base and develop an infrualce diagram.

Good for managing the product development cycle overview in graphical representation. Easy to use.

Sometimes it gets stuck in between the work, I and my colleague faced these issues serval times a week. That needs to be solved.

What do you like best about the product?
This is a great tool to help cooperate on projects like making spreadsheets and diagrams. It's like having access to a table with all sorts of cool features, like being able to hover over any button and see a description right away! I also like that multiple people can work simultaneously without affecting each other. You always know that everyone will be working on the latest version of the document because it's automatically syncing in real-time!
What do you dislike about the product?
During the cooperation on one whiteboard, our team members had problems with horizontal and vertical scrolling on PCs, but after changing some settings, we were able to get everything configured correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During a recent design session, we utilized Lucidspark to improve communication between designers and developers and the product they were designing. Our team was able to collaborate and exchange ideas thanks to Lucidspark. It's made us more productive by giving us the tools we need to get better at organizing ideas and plans in a shorter amount of time.

Good, But Not Idiot Proof
What do you like best about the product?
LucidChart is a great tool for building Org charts. As an HR department of 1 with a rapidly changing workforce, it's nice to have one place to go to update my organizational charts. That said, I am not a graphic designer, nor do I have any particular skills when it comes to creating attractive layouts. Because of this, Lucidchart can be a bit frustrating when I need to represent something that isn't immediately apparent. For example, I cannont create a skip level employee, showing that they report to the CEO,but are not part of the senior leadership team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tools are not intuitive for someone who has little experience with building charts. Yes, you can make something functional, but not beautiful. I am often stuck either having to try and freehand what I need or just sticking with boring charts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to create organizational charts, and solicit collaboration from team members inside of one platform. I really appreciate the fact that there is no software to download, so it's easy for everyone to collab, no matter the system they're using.
Campan during collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark is my favorite project management program. I set it up, and in a few minutes, I was able to start using it without reading a manual or using tutorials. Lucidspark gives us many possibilities for brainstorming and organizing tasks, making it one of my favorite solutions. I have shared boards with my team, so they can watch and not get in the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the templates are too repetitive and need more variety. There is also a lack of tutorials for beginners.

Lucidspark helps us visualize our projects and see how functional our processes are. It will help us improve them.

What do you like best about the product?
We can collaborate on one screen at the same time and review each other's work. It also makes it possible for us to vote on ideas in real-time and get feedback from teammates about something that occurred during the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are hidden behind frustrating menus, and there is a problem with the zoom function on Macs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have centralized our distributed team to focus on topics, and it has helped with brainstorming sessions. It has also allowed us to do brainstorming on projects more efficiently.
