Great way to collab with teammates
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, good to see feedback in real time. Excellent option for brainstorming.

Can be a little difficult to learn how to navigate at the beginning for some folks.

Pulling remote team members together in creative and energizing ways.

Living collaboration and ability to download packs from web.

LucidSpark and LucidChart should be the same application and payment. If anything, need more differentiation in Spark
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LucidSpark is easier to drop into and start building mind maps and work flows. With that said, there needs to be more cleanup and arrangement features added.
Easy to use interface for flow charting. Helped my budding team a lot.
What do you like best about the product?
The best things of Lucid Chart are ease to use, simplicity and vast features available. Their customer service is outstanding whenever I needed to contact them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I get a feeling that I am not taking full use of the features and capabilities being offered by the app. The UI could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am designing all our flowcharts needed for the designing and prototyping of our app by using Lucid Chart. I could save a lot of time by using the app's features.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I feel Lucidchart is very low-maintenance and it is worth every penny if you are bootstrapping your team and working on an early-stage idea.
Visio Who? Lucid Chart is an amazingly simple substitute
What do you like best about the product?
I love its simplicity in creating flow charts and processes, its revolutionized the whole process. Grateful I found it, because Microsoft Visio is incredibly hard to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say what I dislike, maybe update the interface so its more sleek and modern looking

I use Lucid Charts for project management flow charts. It automates the next process in your flow so you can work quickly
Lucidchart Makes Diagramming Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity in the design allows for quick process mapping and the ability to share in various formats as well as control the level of access to the drawings. Other applications in the marketplace do the same basic things, but Lucidchart allows me more freedom in how I put together designs and templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike. The ability to have multiple levels within a single drawing might be useful. Promote an offline version so that if working someplace where there is limited ISP access work can continue and be synchronized when ISP access is available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Strategy mapping as well as process & procedures. Quick turnaround time for my customers and the ability to allow different types of review/edit functions. Business performance has increased significantly while using Lucidchart.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to map/design systems in a quick and intuitive application, this is the one you want.

Color, drag and drop to build diagram. and it have built in AWS icon

I was not informed I need to pay until I have built a lot of diagrams. and some diagrams have been built partially. so I need to pay to continue building

I love the simplicity and the versitility.

I wish it allowed you to import video and mark over the video.

It helps me organize and present student data to my students. As well as help me organize lesson sequence int.

Good product. Gets the job done and is available anywhere there is internet.
What do you like best about the product?
The options are very similar to that of Microsoft's Visio product and is a great alternative if you don't want to use Visio. The interface is clean and I like being able to use the data-linking feature to simplify the data and flow of information. Being able to work as a team on documents is a great plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it is a great product, if you are an Office365 user and do not want to pay extra using Visio online is a cheaper method. I'd prefer to be able to have more online storage available for lower-end accounts and be able to more easily manage the storage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using LucidChart we originally were using PowerPoint to create more complex diagrams but it limited us on how much area we could use. We didn't want to purchase a Visio license for each of our team members as it would have been a larger cost. LucidChart was a great alternative for our small team.
Catalyst for creating and improving business processes
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating a business process map is spot on. This tool enhances conversations as it helps us to all look at the same thing together, facilitating a more effective meeting. We get to our end result of improving processes far faster than we would without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Showing recurring elements of processes is a bit tricky. Otherwise, no complaints!

Process improvements or filling documentation holes of missing processes.

First, consider your use case and then review the templates to see how your use case may be executed

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use as well as the wide variety of shapes available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be frustrating to move shapes, especially connecting lines, with the degree of granularity needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for a lot of technical architecture diagrams and for documenting process flows.
