Incredible Collaboration Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark allows my team to collaborate virtually in a live manner as if we were sitting in a conference room with a whiteboard. Without Lucidspark, we couldn't work nearly as collaboratively nor effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was more intuitive to use some of the advanced functionality (e.g., voting buttons) .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Lucidspark for all things product innovation, including outlining user flows, capturing user interview notes, designing tests, etc.
Perfect for diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of updating wireframes is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Easy demo videos to set up, transparency into product roadmap
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly creating complicated diagrams for powerpoint presentations.
A great gollaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
The upside of LucidSpark is the amount of integrations - I can integrate it with Zoom, Slack and Google Drive. The ease of use is great, I can share easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have its own video or audio calling features and I wish I could make charts/graphs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem we are solving is that work is now remote-based, the benefits of Lucidspark is the ease it allows remote teams to collaborate with each other easily.

If you're looking to make collaborating easy, use this!
Lots of functionality to learn but helpful overall!

Flexibility amongst templates and the ability to create things on the fly.

It was difficult to learn at first. Our SFDC integration wasn't fully built out which also impacted data.

When hovering over a shape it tells yous what it is supposed to be used for.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a very big work area. If you are working on a small screen you can only see a little area if you zoom in enough to read.

Making processes more effective by visually mapping out each process.
Essential for planning and communicating complex systems
What do you like best about the product?
It allows you to quickly take a complex system and map it out in an easily digestible manner. Connection with Slack makes it convenient for collaborating with coworkers
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are mapping something that does not have an existing template, it can be difficult to know how to organize things. This gets easier with experience. I'd always love to see more templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I primarily plan how digital content will be organized and connected in different organizations. It allows me to see any potential issues before they occur and then make necessary changes.
Lucidchart for network planning and visualization
What do you like best about the product?
Friendly UI makes it easy to learn and use; variety of printing options available; makes for a very clean, impressive presentation; I had chosen Lucidchart over other options as it struck a balance between function and cost for a relatively small side project
What do you dislike about the product?
Some Visio stencils/files don't retain their functionality and act as static icons; scaling tool can be frustrating to use at times, especially when working with floorplans; connecting lines occasionally behave oddly when trying to adjust them or objects connected to them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me gain a better understanding of how my workplace's network ticks, both logically and physically. Recreating our office space and the locations of networking equipment has been very handy for both maintenance and planning for upgrades.
Great for our needs and makes collaborating easy!
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of using Lucid Chart was the ease of creating shareable links that we used to collaborate with. Compared to other solutions I've used, it's by far the best. Creating shapes and relationships between those was also quite straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most undesirable part of using this software was the trial - many of the features are behind a paywall. Understandable to a degree, but at some point you hit a limit with the number of shapes you are allowed to create.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used Lucid Chart to create C4 Modeling for multiple Enterprise systems in order to have a standardized current state of the system architecture as well as mapping personas.
An elegant collaborative tool for solutions architects
What do you like best about the product?
It is one of the best webapp to create architecture diagram, design diagram for IT landscape. It is fast and has options to include third-party images/png logos and pictures to be included into the design diagram
What do you dislike about the product?
The connectors are bit sluggish. It will be good if we have a helpers to identify how to use the connectors arrows and other widgets. A standalone desktop app also would be good

Solutions architecting, creating design diagrams. Creating workflows. Creating charts and other requirements whichevee requires graphics embedment
