Best Flowchart Software
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of us. Lucidchart is intuitive and easy to learn. Nothing is out of place or annoying.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of. Lucidchart does exactly what I want it to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead management and account automation mapping.

What do you like best about the product?
The lucid chart is well designed for diagram applications. I like the ease of development.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, when I open the diagram, it takes some time to load. I think there is a chance of improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data flow diagrams, infrastructure diagrams for giving KT to someone.
Best way to make flow charts
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart makes it very easy to make professional flow charts quickly; it has a great library of templates that always comes in handy, it has all the tools available to make a pro flow chart.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a minimal number of features available in the free version, which is annoying, and its not possible to put items in chronological order because of which you have to manually create an icon every time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart helps us design any production flows, wireframing and organizational flow charts; it's easy to use, and new people adapt to it quickly; it has made the work of making flow charts very easy and its also really easy to collaborate with the team on the project.
My experience with LucidChart
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of using LucidChart. Like how simple to use diagrams and arrows how easy to connect entities. I also like how my team uses it. For architectures, it's very useful tool
What do you dislike about the product?
I probably dislike the style of diagrams, I would like to have different styles, to use polished design, Apple-like refined elements e.t.c. Nowadays it's mostly schematic, but it would be nice to have something eye-pleasant :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am the front-end lead, and I have several projects I use Lucidchart for. First of all, I use it for architecture, planning, schemes, and inter-teams communication.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My first intention was that Lucidchart was overcomplicated, but it was the only first intention. Honestly, from the second attempt, it was revealed as a fully-fledged tool that helped my team and me.
Great tool for Diagramming
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use shapes & arrows. Able to input and output diagrams to other sources easily. Saves revision history so if you make a mistake/ accidentally delete the sheet you can recover it instantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The majority of features are only available if you pay for the Pro, including keyboard shortcuts. It will prevent you from completing work if you are using the free version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making a very large and detailed organization chart to show complex hierarchy relations in the company. Using it in the AGM & in Orientation for staff to understand how we work.
Lucid Chart has consistently been the best tool for the job.
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple yet powerful - helps me with niche features when I need it without having a lot of bloat. I can use it for just about any form of diagramming.
What do you dislike about the product?
Portability - what do I do with my diagrams/data if I were ever to stop using Lucid Chart. In terms of affordability, it would be great to have a cheaper price.

Enterprise Level Problem solving and architecture.
Good diagramming tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use platform with all the features embedded that I could ever need. Love the library of shapes and how easy it is to create different colors and lines to denote different elements in a process flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of right now. If there was a way to access more features in a free plan--that would be amazing so I could make it available to more members of my team.

We are doing an end to end business workflow diagramming of our business and additional using the flows to run an analysis on the ease of our systems and how to best proceed with our workflows by improving existing ones and bringing in new technology
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great tool for process mapping and diagramming. Easy to export what you created and upload to other spaces. This way, diagramed processes can be leveraged by users who may not have access to the tool, and they can refer to the visual output.
Fantastic Resource for Floor Planning - SO Easy!
What do you like best about the product?
So much! I enjoy how the walls work - you can detach and auto-link them to make one smooth surface. I also like that you can turn the snap-to-grid feature on and off as needed. In general, many of their features are very adjustable to your needs, and it was incredibly helpful for making my office's floorplan. Their "search features" tool is fantastic, and made it so easy to find what I needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
They don't necessarily have *every* icon I'd like, but that's not the worst. Lucid Chart's help tool misses a few things (or maybe I don't know how to phrase what I'm looking for), but it's usually pretty spot on!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use LucidChart to make floor plans with my job, and I kept it for another month to use it as a tool for setting up my friend's apartment. It's the easiest way to design any floorplan, and I'm happy I found it!

Definitely try it - they have a great free trial, and you'll know right away if you want to use it!
