I love how simple it is to use. From the start, you select what you need to use or import from other programs.

Not much it is a great program and is easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
The best features are available when you use the paid version. I was using the free version, but it had limitations. I recommended the paid version to create great workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucid charts are user-friendly. I have not found anything to this point that I dislike. I would recommend, however, videos on Training from an Industry-specific e.g. HealthCare
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am currently working on a business solution for our clients. Each operational policy and procedure will have a flowchart to display for learning purposes.I believe this will assist the end-users with clear and concise documentation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The application is a great tool to use in your organization. I am glad to have this in my back pocket to display processes and procedures in a structured format.

What do you like best about the product?
The templates, how-tos and the easy access from any device.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing I fight with sometimes are layers, in particular when I use a background layeras an example for what illustration I am making. I often get objects placed on the wrong layer.

Easy, quick templated illustrations.

The ease of creating charts is fantastic. I also enjoy the templates for ideas on best practise layouts.

Movement of arrows and pre-set boxes was not easy to figure out when I started on the free trial.

Diagramming
Very effective tool for diagramming, made my life lot easier to document or prepare for presentation

It's the templates and the tools that are readily available which help me to design the flows in a much better way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such so far as it has all the toolset needed for diagramming, if we would have the icons of certain COTS products then the diagrams will be more appealing.

I work more on new project proposals and budget approvals from CIO, so it helps me to do my job

It is very simple and self-explanatory to use. There are various tooltips and descriptions provided.

There are limited shapes given. I think there is area to provide more.

What do you like best about the product?
Its versatility. It seems like almost anything that I find myself wishing for...I end up quickly discovering that it's already there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly not a whole lot. I'm not very familiar with how its pricing model compares with competitors, but feature-wise, I have no complaints at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're working on a software activity that can be quite non-linear, and we realized a traditional spreadsheet wouldn't work.

There's a free trial so you can't lose; try it out and see if it doesn't completely blow you away.
