Quick and Easy Diagramming, Easy Collaboration with Embedding on Confluence, etc.
What do you like best about the product?
I loved the integrated ability to embed a diagram on confluence for easy viewing and collaboration. Teammates can open the chart and edit it themselves!
What do you dislike about the product?
There was definitely a learning curve and my first chart took longer than I had hoped, but once I got the hang of it, the next one went more smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving communication between engineers and management about a new product that has some ambiguity.
Best and Easy Convenient Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Drag and Drop, User friendly. Export Options attracted me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really. Lucid might need to increase more time for Trail base.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Chart has helped create visuals out of our process and streamline our workflow. It's also been a great measure for development in certain areas based on the ability to look at the process from when it was implemented to now.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to choose anything, it would just be the standard learning curve of the creation process which comes with using any new program. Perhaps a more detailed tutorial could help speed that process up but overall, isn't necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am currently using Lucid to create visual diagrams of the workflow in various departments to streamline our onboarding and appointment process. They not only optimize the hiring process of external agents, but they also become training tools for our internal resources.

Lucidchart is a pretty convenient tool for collaboration and viewing of diagrams

Diagramming problems are what are being solved with Lucidchart, I'm unsure if my company is benefiting financially from it but the product is convenient for productivity

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of importing a data model. You have made this user experience so simple and save me a ton of time. The tool paid for it's self in one day.
Making an ER diagram after that was so simple. Love how easy it is to change the connectors.
I love that the AWS shapes are all available as well.
I found the tool super easy to use, and I will continue to use it for all diagramming.

What do you dislike about the product?
As with all things that are continually improving, the you tube videos that I watched to see how to get things done were out of date. This is understandable when new versions and functionality comes out. I was able to quickly figure out what I was trying to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't have a data model to use for training new employees and just for overall documentation of our process. As I said above, the tool paid for itself in this alone.

What do you like best about the product?
Visually pleasing and easy-to-use (almost fun).

I honestly don't have much to say here as I haven't (yet) encountered any significant issues.

Visual process flows for accounting/finance operations.

What do you like best about the product?
I like taking my designs on my iPad, where I can draw and create details that no other diagramming tool has.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the inability to get wonky with some of the arrow functions connecting boxes.

I am engineering different data platform services to create accessible crypto data.

This is better and easier to use than Excel charts and Word. Give it a try.
Great diagramming software
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use this software. I remember fighting to create concept maps several years ago. This software is a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were some more shape and title options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've diagrammed some workflows out, as well as flowcharts to help figure out and solidify policies for the school I work at.
Lucidchart makes it easy to create and manage charts, flows and visualizations.
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the robust amount of templates that make it easy to visualize info for slides, intranet pages and process flows.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little quirky. There are some actions I can easily do in excel that I can't in lucidchart which can be annoying but doesn't keep me from using it.

We are leveraging lucidchart to visualize information that can be complicated or confusing to communicate in a list. For example, Org charts, process flows, training materials.
