The best thing about LucidChart is the ease of use and flexibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a display only mode so when I'm showing someone else my charts it is not in edit mode.

I use LucidChart to help me with structured thinking.
An easy to use tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. The Google integration is significant because it helps me use these charts in Google Docs. The shape library is very comprehensive too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maintaining the shapes can sometimes become a little cumbersome, especially while creating flow charts. Space allocated for a basic account can be increased too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I finally found a solution that would help create flowcharts without any barriers. It is the only tool I use for all my software development planning.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it. It is worth the investment. It will save you the hassle of using multiple tools for multiple needs.

The usability.

There was nothing particular I disliked so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing the technical nurture workflow with marketers (non-technical folks) and marketing automation specialists (technical folks).
Great for building flow charts for processes
What do you like best about the product?
I mainly use Lucid Chart to build flow charts for processes. It's relatively easy to use (without doing any tutorials) and the final outcome always looks great and is a helpful addition when trying to visualise steps of a process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes find the build of flowcharts a bit finnicky. I wish it were a bit more intuitive, e.g. if I wanted to replace the shape of a step of one part of the flow chart vs. having to delete it and redo the step.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building visuals for processes. It's helped to cut down the length of our documents so that we don't have to list steps in text but instead can put these into flow charts. Only really works with straight forward processes otherwise all the text needed doesn't fit into the boxes.

It is easy to pick-up, intuitive and comes with a set of comprehensive templates.

It would be good to be able to expand the pager size (maybe already possible?)

What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is very easy to use. The orange color for most of the tools is excellent and clear to the eye. You can get most of the Business Process shapes and workflow in the tool built-in.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about Lucidchart, but there are some recommendations to integrate the Lucidchart with third-party applications such as Monday.com to have workflow steps automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solve the enormous problems using Lucidchart, such as visualizing my process to the manager and directors and sharing my process with the decision-makers. Also, there is a new feature for integrating Lucidchart with MS teams that is very useful.

The best tool to use for Organization chart or business process or workflow management
Very efficient for creating a wide variety of flow diagrams

- Exporting files and then accessing them via other software messes up the flow diagram; it is a problem if you plan to send your file across to users of other software.

I use Lucid chart to create work-related flow diagrams. Since it is an online solution, I can access it from anywhere worldwide and don't have to depend on my laptop.
