Lucid Chart
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Lucid chart for work Flow, organizational, procedural outlines, SOPs, and incident management for over two years now. I have found it extremely user-friendly, easy to navigate and learn new tricks. I have and will continue to recommend this tool in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't a desktop software or an app that I can purchase and download. However, this has only been an issue when I don't have internet access. If this were a possibility, I would take advantage of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a COO, I have used it to solve various procedural and workflow issues and apply structure to project run-up and strategic planning. I have used it to streamline procedures that were previously "Shot from the hip" instead of following a procedure for implementation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Can we make this an app or software that can be downloaded? I cannot use it when there is no internet.

Straightforward and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Creating a flowchart and annotating with to-dos is easy and quick. I can share it with colleagues or clients as editable or export to an image if I want a snapshot of our process - and love the ability to share a view of a specific spot. I also like being able to mark the status of a chart as draft etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want a greater variety of icons to attach to the flow chart objects (though the placement customization is good) and the ability to link between places on a page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucidchart as a main source of truth for the user process flow and related information (connections to databases, acceptance criteria for specific items, etc.) and write out dev stories before ticketing. Lucidchart is easy to use, so I can focus on the task and not fiddling with the tool.
Awesome Tool for ERD's
What do you like best about the product?
Easy integration with any SQLtool to create easy ERD's.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything to dislike, apart from the price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used Lucidchart to create ERD's for work. The creation of ERD gave me a better understanding of our Schema.

Lucidchart is a straightforward tool to use—a highly recommended tool for a better understanding of the Data Structure.
Diagramming Flows
What do you like best about the product?
LucidChart makes it quick and easy to diagram and create flows for visibility. Great for collaboration and presentation!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the copy and drag and drop functions are tough to manage, and the arrows can be unwieldy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving working away from Google docs for creating clear-cut, easy-to-follow diagram flows that would have been difficult to craft othewise!
Nice and simple to use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. There is a template for algorithm flowchart, which made my life much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to resize the page layout. I wanted to make my diagram longer instead of wider. There might be a way to do this, but I could not find it.

5 stars for Process mapping and collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Quick and easy to map out the processes. Ability to connect and work together on the same process flow. Have a single source of truth :)

Started using the app recently. Nothing dislike so far.

Capability road-mapping and map out the associated process flows. Conduct process-level gap analysis.

The app itself is very intuitive. The level of customizations for design is excellent. The interface is very clean as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not too fond of that in the current iteration; there is a plug-in required to use in Chrome for pasting via the mouse as the extensions is not available.

We do a lot of development work, and this helps us illustrate the direction we want to go.

Better color/line design layout. The right menu is a little clunky.
