Seemless and smooth
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use. Great short tutorials online. Get you up and started quickly. Really getting into using layer and toggle function.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not found anything to dislike yet. It does the job I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mapping out processes. Realized the benefits of visualizing processes than just writing them down.

What do you like best about the product?
Collaborative functions, the easy to use templates, great intuitive design, great UX.

I have no complaints--very happy with my Lucid experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team is fully remote so we need a way to visualize solutions to different problems--be it workflows or sales funnels.
Excellent app
What do you like best about the product?
Super user-friendly app. I was able to work with it on my first try, and it has different tools that make the process very simple and easy to use. I highly recommend Lucidchart as a work tool.

I didn't dislike the app, and I believe it serves all my necessities and is excellent for work.

I've been using it to create workflow charts to explain processes to my team
Complexity Simplified
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart allows for the creation of complex flow charts, drawings of detailed infrastructure charts, and essential annotations to be created easily with simple drag-and-drop features. What takes days with other applications (e.g., Visio, PowerPoint, etc.) can be accomplished in a few hours with Lucidchart. The professional quality is superior to the others as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scaling the chart on a small screen tablet of a laptop is difficult. Use of the tools is easy enough; however, it would be nice to preselected objects and drag them into a 'Frequently Used' or 'Favorites' folder, so the tools are before the design work begins. Other craftsmen select their tools before starting their projects; this would be an excellent option for Lucidcharts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A third-party company rapidly built an on-the-fly infrastructure without proper architectural documentation. So as the engineering and support team grew, the need for appropriate design charts became necessary. Lucidchart has allowed me to create, document, and disseminate those drawings in a very timely manner.
Great tool to collaborate
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark is a very easy to use tool which allows for easy collaboration and pictorial representations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish to see more updated pictorial representation to be included.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily I work on process flows, process designs, information management.
Easy to Use and Powerful
What do you like best about the product?
Drag and Drop features for objects. Sooo many shapes to choose from. Templates are ready to use with helpful tips on how to update / edit them. Plugs in directly to my google docs and slides, and I can share visuals with my colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides I can see so far from using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work for a smaller company who is growing rapidly. I use Lucidchart to make flow charts & org charts for new hires to easily understand the companies procedures and processes.
Highly Underrated Productivity App!
What do you like best about the product?
It has a beautiful and approachable UI/UX. You know what you need to do with little to no learning curve. It get's the job done.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it may not have all of the kinds of icons that I would like when I would like it. However, their library is growing. For example, Google Cloud

I use LC to visually communicate complex decision-making matrices, processes, and policies.
Perfect Drawing Software
What do you like best about the product?
I used Lucid Charts for the first time, and I found it very easy to use, powerful, and efficient. I used almost all the tools, and they were impeccable. It was much better than the competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything was okay with this software, but I wish I could install the software and save the files on my computer rather than working online. To be honest, we got used to being like that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used software to draw a site layout drawn by AutoCAD before. AutoCAD is much more expensive than Lucid Charts, but their functions are pretty similar. So why should I pay more to buy AutoCAD?
Lucidchart covers all the right bases
What do you like best about the product?
Controlling the location of all the little arrows, boxes, and turns is often a chore in other programs, but Lucidchart makes it easy and intuitive. The program also has a very, very large catalog of icons and shapes to use, which is excellent!
What do you dislike about the product?
My only main gripe with Lucidchart is that resizing pages is sometimes tricky. I also wish the export feature was a little snappier and would allow you to center pdfs, but those aren't major concerns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart is a Visio replacement for me. I save a lot of time compared to Visio editing, which lets me stick to making changes that matter. The price for Lucidchart is just right, even if I were only to use it a few hours a month.
Great tool for diagramming and process flows
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and easy connectors which are always a pain. Simple and quick to learn the interface. Right balance of format and control whilst keeping it simple. Templates are cool too
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really - haven't found any major bugbears yet!!
