Not sure how I lived before Lucidchart
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use Lucidchart. Once you get started, you can easily change shapes, change page size, re-position things, group items, add images and export. I have been able to teach others how to use the tool with little effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had some clip art or clip art libraries built in so I could add a little more personality to my workflows. Right now I just import images, make them small and use them, but I wish it was a little easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are doing a lot of things for the first time. I use Lucidchart to diagram processes and visualize logic so that everyone can understand our technology. It has helped to get clients and team members to understand how things work and make decisions about how we can change them in the future.
Best for Architecture Diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and availability of several templates makes it my favorite tool for creating application architecture diagrams.
Import and export of digrams is pretty straightforward. It has several templates and icons available from leading cloud services providers.

Creating Application Diagrams for one of the customers for the migration to cloud initiatives

I like how versatile Lucidchart is. I have been trying to make some diagrams and appreciate how many different kinds of diagrams I can make.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I get overwhelmed by how many templates are available.

I am trying to make UML diagrams for my work. I appreciate how easy it is to get started.

Layout dimension was updating meanwhile, I need more space to work on my project

What do you like best about the product?
I like the various diagramming features available on Lucidchart, they're very good for drafting detailed diagrams and graphs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside about Lucidchart is that it loads slowly on my device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to draft software diagrams that are more accurate and precise than our competitor's products.

What do you like best about the product?
It is really easy to create workflows and diagrams using lucid chart, even for the beginners.

To be honest there is nothing I dislike about Lucidchart.

Lucidchart helps to easily analyse and breakdown the business problems.
Easy to learn and quickly adoptable by all team members
What do you like best about the product?
It is built well for what it is advertised for. We were able to fully customize the layouts, assign tasks with ease, and create a very descriptive manual. If we were confused, it took seconds to get a hold of someone that could help.
What do you dislike about the product?
For what we needed it for, it all worked well so we did not experience any direct downsides. If you are using a free account, you are extremely limited to what you can and can't do making it less appealing for me to consider a subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using it to develop a layout for an assembly manual. Lucidchart made it simple to create sections, move pages and texts around, and assign tasks more clearly over google pages.

Lucidchart has been an easy-to-use platform. If you need it, it's going to be useful and make managing your project much easier.

Lucidchart excellent resource for professional workflow diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is clean, quick to use, and easily exports to the best formats like pdf or Visio.
What do you dislike about the product?
full functionality requires membership; there could be some additional options to color boxes partway or to add comments in a collapsible way
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I found it very useful once I took a trial, I was able to present a very clear and helpful flowchart to senior leadership that I made quickly and then exported to Visio
