Great Experience and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that it is easy to use and less "finicky" I have always used Visio, so was not sure how Lucid Charts would be but it's so easy and better transition

I think it's the fact that you can't have more than 2 "shapes in use" pinned at any one time

A bit early to tell, but very useful so far.
What do you like best about the product?
I've only had Lucidchard for one week so I am not in a position to talk about all that it can do. I've been using it to set up org charts and while there weren't any instructions as to how to do that, the process was fairly intuitive. I'm sure there are shortcuts that could have made the job easier and I imagine I will over time learn them, but for now, Lucidchart has been very useful for the one function that I required.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like some simple step by step tutorials (written) that takes people the most basic functions for which they may use Lucidchart.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None so far.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ask for a two week trial. One week is a bit too short to really get to learn it if in fact you have other things to tend to in your work.
Easy diagramming
What do you like best about the product?
The website helped me to easily make diagrams. The shapes and other elements snap and easily adapt to each movement. It is awesome for export to jpegs and gifs for presentations and posters.
What do you dislike about the product?
The site is internet connection heavy. Although it saves on the cloud, my browser is taking a big hit to my memory and internet usage.

It solved the challenge of making diagrams. It made flowcharting easy and accesible for those who don't have an app to make graphics. It has made me more productive and efficient.
They trick you by promising a gift card so that you give them a good review. Not anymore Lucid.

nothing to be like. Draw.io is also of the same capability and free.

They dupe you to write good reviews by offer $25 as gift card, which is like buying reviews

None to be realised. If you want to have more flexibility, use Miro and Draw.io
Lucidchart is Perfect for Org Charts
What do you like best about the product?
I used Lucidchart for our company's org chart. Being able to take our employee info database and configure it for import into Lucidchart really expedited the whole process.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little tricky to make manual changes that don't necessarily jive with the imported database. For example, we had one area where the reporting structure, lacked a Tier II manager for half of the department's employees. I was able to fudge this one with a Photoshop edit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating and maintaining an org chart using a database expedites the entire process and makes updates and keeping things consistent, easy.

Very user friendly product capable of creating many different products.
What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to develop your flowchart with the ease of joining up each box with arrows. This makes it so much easier not to forget the flow of your chart and keeps it looking neat and presentable. I am also really likeing the way you can add a link to different sections of your flow chart, whether it be to direct you to a separate page or a web browser, it is effortless and makes it so much more professional when sending out to clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isnt much to dislike about this product, it is a reasonable price, and you get so many great features, the only thing that lets it down is the storage you are provided with for your documents. However, it is still enough to cover your day to day work with out the stress of running out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moving over from using excel, this software is making it so much easier to develop flowcharts in much quicker times, the ability to save all your preferred styles so they are available to you at the press of a button. Working more efficiently means I can get more done in my working day to a great standard.
