Thanks to Lucidchart, I'm able to achieve great results with minimum effort.
Drag and drop works for me perfectly and it allows easy chart editing.

Nothing, all work great and as expected.
I would like to see more prototyping and mockups templates out of the box. This will be a great advantage.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick and easy way to create a visualization of different types of processes.
The tools saved me a lot of time when wireframing, prototyping and designing new software products.

Very convenient software to work with the team
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using this software for being able to create our workflows together and some other diagrams that help us to understand how we are going to proceed with a new application. The best thing is that you know where the other person is looking at with his pointer and that you can work at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly appreciate that sometimes it is not easy to find the tools you want for creating your schemas, and also, it would be helpful to save your final design of the box as a new option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very convenient for the team to save the documents in different folders to have them organized. So then, we can have maps of the infrastructure or schemas, APIs, or domains.
Lucidchart has effectively helped me create flow chart diagrams for tech requirements/documentation.

The user-friendly features and interface.

Sometimes the payable plan features are not clearly distinguished.

Convenient, Intuitive Controls
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is very easy to pick up and start using right away - their free tier is pretty generous too.

Sometimes it's a bit cumbersome choosing when resizing or selecting a directional arrow

Mapping our email flows and user journeys with Lucidchart has been really easy to do. Having visuals for this is huge.

I love how easy it is to create a flow chart to demonstrate a process.

There really isn't anything that I dislike. There are so many options to choose from, which can sometimes be overwhelming.

We needed flow charts to be able to demonstrate a process, and I was able to easily create one and share it with others to help with their training.

The tool is very is easy to use. Shapes to create diagrams are exceptionally designed and understandable.

There is nothing to dislike, just need more diagrams and designs.

Lucid is an essentially part of a Product Manager's toolkit
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, collaboration functionality, and its many diagramming shapes make Lucid my go-to for visual wireframing, mock-ups, and workflow creation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having easier to implement keyboard shortcuts would be a tremedous in expediting the diagramming process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Lucid to visualize the MVP components and corresponding functionality of a SaaS enduser product. It has greatly helped communicate steps in the build.

What do you like best about the product?
The application is very refined and smoothed out. I feel like I'm working with a purpose-based and well-polished application to help me a diagram and document my networks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more stencils and the ability to submit requests for more stencils from specific vendors. For example, new stencils for the new Cisco equipment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're seeing lower troubleshooting times because our physical hardware is better documented. We're also using it for current projects by having a master plan document and sharing it our with different teams and being able to view and edit it live together.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're considering Lucidchart, stop what you're doing now and get Lucidchart. We went from documentation being behind and finding it annoying to keeping everything up to date because of the hoops other apps made us jump through, but now we're able to do small bites at a time even from our phones and it looks awesome!

the easines with which you create shapes, choose color, options and connect them. The automated connection system is cool and is fast!

too much clicks, shapes have to be resized each time
