Super user friendly tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is an extremely user-friendly tool. Besides that, it is a collaborative tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not self-explanatory; you have to experiment several times until you can understand it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Flowcharts; It is super easy to understand them and it is also easy to do them.

All Encompassing Charting Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I have found that charting or account mapping tools can be a dime a dozen, Lucidchart, however, has included features that make the experience and the content top tier. My favorite features are being able to upload pictures and hyperlink Linkined Profiles.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even with the training they give you, it took some time to get used to ALL of the features it includes. The training could have been more extensive giving it just talks about the highlights and not all the software can do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With LucidChart, I've put together extensive and detailed account planning maps for our global sales team that have been used in presentations and internal planning meetings. Everyone always complements the small details like the addition of the company logo, pictures of who is involved, and the accuracy of the timelines.
The Lucidchart is extremely user friendly, it saves great amount of time in design and layout.

It would be better if it can be put in the Microsoft Word chart format

It can substitute the tidious work making a diagram in Microsoft word.

It should integrate a dark mode that allows developers to care for vision. Additionally, you should add more templates for creating Mockups for the development of user interfaces of web systems

Continuous collaboration, availability of the tool, and the ability to creatively generate ideas and workflows with the rest of the team and share in particular sections

Ease of use during first playthrough made it very fast to be up and running and designing

Moving a group of shapes often makes all the connecting arrows wrong, needs lots of fiddling with arrows.

What do you like best about the product?
There are templates ready for any type of style you might wish. It saves me so much time instead of using other tools from 0. You can be practical but the quality of your reports are extremely high.

There could be tips to extend templates.

I work with continuous service improvement for my company. So, mapping current services is essential and Lucichart makes it way easier for me to present those maps in a simple but sophisticated presentation.

Start using templates that are already created instead of trying to build one from 0. There are so many templates and you can definitely find one that meets your expectations for each report.

What do you like best about the product?
I was impressed with how smooth the online experience is. It previously held me back to local, desktop-based software, but Lucidchart proved me wrong. Also, the extensive set of templates makes it very easy to use and fast to create professional diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not come across any functionality that I missed or features that were not working as expected. For personal use, the free-tier limit to the number of objects is perhaps relatively small, but luckily I have not faced that issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Solutions Architect, I often create diagrams to express ideas or visualize complicated concepts in a simplified manner. Diagrams can include sequence diagrams, entity-relationship diagrams, class diagrams, or architectural overview diagrams. Lucidchart helps me do this quickly, easily, and professionally looking.

Many varieties of templates are available in the service, which are automatically saved in the cloud service.

I need to be familiar with an interface at the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You are not required to install software, unlike Visio others. When I create engineering schemes or flow schemes, I use this.
Also, the benefit of this software is friendly to Microsoft 365. It can be used alternatively instead of Visio.

Super-convenient web-based diagramming tool
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is web-based, no need to install. Diagrams are easy and intuitive, anyone can get started with it right away. In addition, the UI just looks nice and the resulting diagrams are prettier than that of other competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's on the expensive side, especially for someone who only needs to make a diagram once in a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart is very versatile. I use it for product design, user stories, company operations, and more.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's definitely one of the best diagramming tools I've used. Lucidchart will save you a lot of time if you're under time constraints. However, I wish there were better pricing options.
