What do you dislike about the product?
everything working as expected for what I am using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Really easy to use tool for building diagrams and project collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to collaborate with team members from to to clearly map out and simplify complex processes and workflows. Being able to duplicate certain elements and apply auto-formatting also makes everything very quick and simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a small thing but somethimes formatting the text correctly when adding it to a diagram can be a bit fiddly - but not dissimilar to other tools!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my job I regulalry have to map out quite complex workflows to deal with things like lead scoring and routing, and Lucidchart helps me to test out these workflows and visualise them before building within Hubspot. The features and funcitionality are all very helpful and help me to save a lot of time.
The collaborative nature of the tool also easily enables other team members to review my work, and I am easily able to show/highlight to them the specific areas that need attention.

A Great Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I find Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to be very helpful, especially Lucidchart. The ease of creating complex diagrams with well-crafted premade templates is extremely useful. Everything can be customized to your specific needs. I have been using it very frequently now and am quite pleased. It's very easy to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that is a little frustrating is that when you are getting started on the free diagrams they don't tell you that you will have a limited number of shapes you can use. So after you have spent a few hours working, you realize you have to pay to keep on finishing your work. It would be beneficial to make that information more easily available at the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been making some complex workflow diagrams for our company with many different points and connections. This has made a difficult diagram easier to make and understand. I am very pleased with it.
Easy to use and visually pleasing
What do you like best about the product?
My team members and I can work on diagrams together in the same session. We use it as a white board to brainstorm as well as to refine the product. Also came in handy when presenting to the client since the graphics are pleasing. We use it almost every week.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some standard templates could be better. For instance the mindmap default version doesn't allow you to move the entities, even though it looks so good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We made our whole dashboard UI on it. Along with the llm agentic flow and frontend logic.
Our top choice for seamless collaboration, and powerful process visualization capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding is very straightforward. The solution is very easy to use and allows us to generate very effective process visualizations that can get our key users (mostly Product and R&D) on the same page. Editing charts is very initutitive and collaboration features work extremely well. I've tried a number of alternatives and Lucid has clearly emerged as our solution of choice.
What do you dislike about the product?
None that I can think of. The solution delivers on its promise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves two main challenges: (1) Create effective process visualizations in a way that is both clear and easy to author and edit. (2) Collaborating and obtaining feedback on draft visualizations.
Great product for brainstorming problem statements into a framework to operationalize strategy
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite's versatile canvas, which has many features and facilitates virtual collaboration for activities such as design thinking sprints, project scoping, and wireframing. Its real-time co-authoring and intuitive drag-and-drop interface enhance team collaboration and streamline workflows. Lastly, its integration with tools like Google Workspace and Slack ensures a cohesive and efficient user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I find the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite very versatile, the interface can feel overwhelming for new users due to the number of features. However, basic training from YouTube can help support this. In addition, the product's performance is a bit latent on complex canvases, which can be challenging during collaborative sessions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LVC is unlocking more streamlined brainstorming for our large mostly virtual operations organization.
Great tool to help visualize processes and thoughts
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to pick up and use, great flexilbility/easy to integrate with other tools, lots of OOTB features that are excellent (such as templates and shapes). I use this tool all the time with clients and its great to have a LC going while we talk through things.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be challeging to swap licenses with people, somewhat expensive for the whole thing, only web based.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to create (quickly!) and showcase ideas/thoughts/future solutions with others in an interactive format.
Lucid Collaboration Suite Review
What do you like best about the product?
I find that the most beneficial aspects of the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite are the ability to visually represent workflows, processes, systems, and integrations. I realize this sounds obvious, but until you can "see" these components in a visual form, it's often very difficult for everyone to understand all of the details these are comprised of. The ability to share these visualizations with internal and external colleagues is extremely valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say that there's anything that I dislike about the collaboration suite other than it takes a significant amount of time and effort to accurately capture workflows, processes, systems, and integrations. This isn't a fault with the tool, but simply something to be acknowledged when using this platform correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Collaboration Suite provides the tools to visually map out the necessary workflows, processes, systems, and integrations that are used to run business functions. Being able to see each component, step, interaction, and outcome is extremely valuable when trying to optimize, create, or extend inputs and outcomes.
New user impressed with short learning curve and excellent training
What do you like best about the product?
The collaboration tools are valuable to keep our disbursed team on track by working asynchronously across time zones. This mostly obviates the need to meet constantly and allows us to get resolution on outstanding issues quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may be my newness to Lucid, but the selection of multiple objects is not always easy. Additionally, when working in multiple layers, you can lose track of what you are selecting and moving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid is our go-to collaborative sandbox and single source of truth. We can keep all of our thoughts, wireframes, and ideas in one place, with all contributors providing their thoughts just-in-time.
Very clean and easy to use, but free option is limited
What do you like best about the product?
It's a very clean, intuitive interface, that allows you to quickly build a flowchart
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version is limited to a very small number of shapes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very quick to build up a nice flowchart to show steps in a process
