Easy for the beginner and powerful for the power user
What do you like best about the product?
The tool was easy to use and intuitive. I was able to begin diagramming immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
My initial review is that it is lacking nothing

Creating flowcharts and diagrams for various workflows to visually represent how work will be completed.
Great for sharing diagrams with teams
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that Lucid Charts is a cloud-based tool that allows team teams to collaborate in real-time on a diagram or solution for a problem. It's as good as the desktop tool I used to use without the overhead. It makes it easy to start a conversation between Engineering and Product team members and get to a visual result effectively. It is a nice replacement for when I used to use visio. You can use the traditional shapes but there is also a library of colorful modern shapes to include in your diagrams. The ability to use the built-in templates makes life much easier than starting from scratch. It is easy to adopt accross the whole organization since the variety of shapes and diagrams speaks to both business and technical users so it can become the go to tool for everyone no matter what the business function is.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing so far that I don't like. It has what we need. If I am to recommend an enhancement, I would recommend more integrations, imports and exports in Lucidchart.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better communication, visualizations & collaboration between team members. This can work whether the team members are in the same department to agree on a solution or from different departments to bounce ideas.
The best web best charting app
What do you like best about the product?
I can use Visio stencils, its easy to share the chart with the team, and the web based functionality is spot on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes things get a little wonky because its the web-based but it is rare.

a way to diagram our cloud system and be able to share it.
The best Diagramming tool I have ever used
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is so easy to use. I have been using Microsoft Visio and had to take online classes to be able to use it effectively. When I came across Lucidchart, I didn't need any courses as everything was simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could have a desktop version to use the tool while offline. I am not sure if the PC/desktop version exists instead of the web version only.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a tool that would allow me to make presentable diagrams with less effort. The charts I produced caught the eyes of my audience, and that made me feel good.

I have nothing negative to say about Lucidchart.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I really needed a platform that allowed me to build both visually appealing and complex charts. Lucidchart allowed me to do that and so much more! My customer journey map looks fantastic—and it's easy to go back and change as our company grows. Thanks, Lucidchart! You made my life easier.
Lucidchart is really great for diagramming and to create work flows very effectively

Lucidchart is best for diagramming and understanding the workflow of the process better quickly and effectively. It is easy to understand and start working on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be frank, I don't see any dislikes for Lucidchat. I would recommend this product to everyone who uses diagramming more in their day-to-day job duties.

What do you like best about the product?
The quick ability to connect icons and images to each other. I also like the fact that it is fully online and that it is compatible with visio. The software is easy to access and utilize.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the templates. They're not very useful, although i only have a limited set of use cases, the templates aren't usually relevant. perhaps allow people to publicly upload templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are diagramming internal workflows for data that pushes from disparate systems to web-based sales sales systems. I've also used it to diagram phone center routing.

Innovative Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The tool works on the browser and works offline. The variety of the template makes it cool and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Auto arrange feature does not work sometimes. The output becomes so jumbled up that it is hard to understand
