Lucidspark has simplified and empowered our digital whiteboarding
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark is simple, within a few minutes of getting going on it I had the short keys down and was able to quickly navigate and use the platform. I love that it isn't just for team collaborations but I find myself doing my own brainstorming, organizing, and planning using the program. I have boards that I've shared with my team so they can view but not mess up and others we use for collaborations. The ability to save PDF or print select areas has been a great tool and i've used a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime I find myself wanting additional customization for colors, shapes, etc. but haven't been limited by it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving tracking ideas for our team that will change priority and timelines because of the ability to easily move stickynotes around and group them together. It has saved me lots of time and headache from doing a similar board in illustrator. This is so much faster and simpler with the ability to collaborate. I find myself using this for lots of thing both professionally and personally.
A tool for many uses
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how it is flexible, allowing me to be creative when designing different workflow charts or other visual content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I also use an iPad Pro - I would really like to use my Apple Pencil more inside the Lucidspark with more capability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typically, when there are complex processes, I use Lucidspark to create the visual workflow. Lucidspark helps me create a logical, and professional visual workflow. Some items are Customer Facing documents.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend Lucidspark to anyone looking for a powerful collaboration tool that lets you creatively build simple or complex content.
Very user friendly, quickly assemble logical thought diagrams, flowcharts, org charts, and more
What do you like best about the product?
how quickly I am able to assemble basic diagrams for a variety of purposes, as well as collaborate on them in real time
What do you dislike about the product?
not much really. The functionality of sharing with others is a little clunky, but that is a minor annoyance
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
logical architecture diagrams, game rules flowcharts, thought maps.
Have been able to lay out thoughts or processes and share them easily with others. I especially like that the "page" just fits around whatever / wherever you started drawing - you arent running into page borders or zoom problems

Awesome visual tool for remote teams
What do you like best about the product?
Love having a visual medium to work with that allows every member of my team to be a equal contributor. To date whenever or remote meetings have needed any type of visual organization (beyond sheets or docs), I've had to pull the meeting into Adobe illustrator, which prevents anyone else from being able to contribute directly to or feel ownership of the document. I love that even the "non-creatives" on my team can easily contribute images and ideas without feeling like second-class team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor things that would help:
1. Not having to press so many keys to visit a hyperlink
2. Would love to access a list somewhere of all the hyperlinks included in a board
3. Would love to be able to pick custom hex colors. This is important because we use the boards to evaluate brand/product colors. Currently using a tedious copy/paste workaround. Would also love more fonts (pair with Adobe font book for creative cloud subscribers?)
4. It's really hard to alt-copy small objects

We use it for brand mood boards, product color selection, new product launch timelines, instagram grid planning, new product brainstorming, marketing campaign brainstorming, creative reviews, and more.

It is very intuitive, I like that it is easy to use, so several team members can participate.
What do you dislike about the product?
That sometimes it has an error with Enter, when you press it, it creates a new post-it. It doesn't always happen, but it does.

Be able to add previews of hyperlinks or Google spreads
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is very good for people who work in the same organization. You can have a broad overview of the team's pending tasks.

How quickly we can collaboratively brainstorm in a remote work environment.

Have to pay a separate pricing from Lucidchart

As a customer of Lucidchart, I found very useful Lucidspark as an integrated tool and to share ideas and take notes with my team

In my opinion it can be improved in terms text formatting and shapes

I am leveraging Lucidspark as a undefined whiteboard in brainstorming with all my notes, links among activities and priorities

I think Lucidspark answers very well if you are looking for a digital whiteboard
More Versatile Than You Think
What do you like best about the product?
The template diagrams, along with the pre-defined symbols, make it very fast/easy to create architectural diagrams
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the template diagrams come with non-directional connection lines. When I try to add new lines, I can only find directional lines, so it looks weird with some being directional while others aren't. If non-directional lines are available, I don't find them easy to locate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can solve organizational problems with Lucidspark , which I did not expect. I was only expecting to be able to diagram architectures with it, but I have found myself creating the equivalent of a jira board with lucid chart.
Essential Business Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and my clients love it and find it valuable, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to integrate it with some other things like my iPad and screen share.
