What do you like best about the product?
Mad respect this bang for a buck solution with extensive templates customizable to tailor to our project needs saving me huge time enhancing my workflows.I love it versatility with my flowcharts,illustrations and presentations all in one place.Great with effective visualization tools for complex processes significantly improving efficiency and seamless collaboration with teams to boost productivity.Stands out with visually appealing layout and interface for my use with AI to aid with my process flows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Love AI for aiding with my process flows with significantly boosted productivity although it needs the user to know what to ask.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I respect it for bang for a buck for use by everyone even on small business for it's cheap with extensive templates to tailor it to my project needs.Rocks with versatility with flowcharts,presentation and illustrations all in one place.Terrific for effective project visualization with library of tools and shapes making my building easier streamlining my workflows.
Time-Saving Drag-and-Drop Workflow, Though the Experience Can Vary
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to the drag-and-drop interface saves me hours each week, create a smooth workflow, and have different options to play around with makes it easy to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I use the grid for flowchart design, I’m unable to move the labels as needed. This lack of control makes it difficult to adjust the layout the way I want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to jump directly into a design and add multiple elements, along with the ability to connect the dots for workflows, makes the whole designing process much simpler.
Fast Sync and Easy Collaboration, Needs Simpler Drafting
What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite as a software engineer to share diagrams with my teammates and write design doc flows. I appreciate how it offers a fast and easy way to share things between team members. I like how fast it syncs, allowing me to be on a Zoom call and see them the same as everyone else. I enjoy the ability to write comments and write on the board, making it easy to have separate conversations for different parts of a diagram while keeping all comments organized and clean. The initial setup was very simple and easy, I didn't really need to do much.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think for quick fast diagrams, there's a bit too many options and buttons. I would like to see a simple/fast drafting setup, similar to Excalidraw.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite offers a fast and easy way to share things with team members, syncs quickly for real-time collaboration, and keeps comments organized and clean.
Huge Template Library to Design Processes and Timeline Diagrams to Track Milestones The Reliable Way
What do you like best about the product?
The huge library of elements, icons, and templates makes Lucidchart the best for making diagrams and process flows. I like how easy it is to show the linkages among various elements within our company processes diagrammatically instead of in wordy reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having used it for 2.5 years now there are no major dislikes although getting the arrows correct is sometimes challenging if the diagram is huge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The production workflow diagrams map the entire lifecycle of our media projects and the content approval process flowcharts have been very helpful in outlining how scripts, storyboards, and final edits move through review and approval stages.

What do you like best about the product?
Its integration is extremely solid and it automates tedious manual tasks. It’s not just a diagramming application; it’s a truly collaborative space where you can work on the same canvas with other engineers in real time, which helps streamline decision-making.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative is that when I’m working with giant dashboards full of information, the tool tends to become slow. There’s a noticeable delay.

No more document chaos. The real benefit is clarity: we now have a coherent visualization of our services, and the technical alignment it enables is brutal. You can explain complex systems without friction or misunderstandings.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is a very powerful platform for creating flowcharts and diagramming compared to other tools which provide basic functionality. Creating a client onboarding flowchart, data can be easily mapped to individual elements and text boxes added to make an interactive flowchart explaining the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn’t dislike anything about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite the diagramming tools embedded in the platform makes everything easy for the user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite enables me to create organizational hierarchy chart clarifying reporting lines and responsibilities within our wellness and fitness company and I am able to map out the location of gym equipment, wellness rooms and traffic flow.
Easily Creating Valuable Flowcharts to Effectively Visualize Our Legal Frameworks with Diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Lucidchart is offered within Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite alongside Lucidspark which makes it extremely powerful for creating detailed flowcharts, along with cause and effect diagrams. It is very useful for drawing day to day business related layouts that helps simplify complex legal frameworks into easy to understand flowcharts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much information about all the available functions of the platform the help tab should explain the features better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating regulatory compliance workflow diagrams helps clearly define compliance checkpoints to ensure our company adheres to publishing laws and regulations such as copyright laws and data protection requirements.
Best Flowcharting Tool to Visualize Security Data and Export the Flows in Multiple Formats
What do you like best about the product?
LVCS is a great platform with many symbols and images that I use to make excellent and creative diagrams and there is a wealth of fantastic templates which are conducive for any data visualization need such as flowcharts and architecture diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing that I like least about LVCS, for me it’s the best and still strong in its competitors and I don’t feel like moving to some other software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LVCS helps create threat intelligence flowcharts linking threat actors, indicators of compromise, and targeted assets and these flowcharts greatly help understand how different threats are connected.
Super Reliable Platform for Easy, Data-Linked Diagrams Illustrating Network Architecture
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is really super reliable compared to other similar tools that come at a higher price. It allows me to design network diagrams and visualize processes in a very easy way. In my Information Technology field I like that I can visualize system connections through data-linked diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has everything that I would not change anything about it, all the aspects of the platform are very effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My key diagrams that I create with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite are Threat Modeling Diagrams that illustrate possible attack paths I also create flowcharts defining the exact steps to follow when a security incident occurs.
Easy Project Organization, But Too Much AI Overkill
What do you like best about the product?
It’s very easy to organize team projects and tasks with this.
What do you dislike about the product?
Uses a lot of ai when it might be better to just use preset templates for a lot of the work .
